This is the 3rd project that Brad has tackled for me and, once again, he has executed it flawlessly. Brad is a tile artisan who meticulously hand selects tiles to implement the pattern that I've designed and it always looks better than I imagined. He is also the consummate craftsman who pays attention to every detail from the carpentry work of moving a drop-in bathtub pedestal to the construction of the frame and use of the Schulter system (water tight seal) for the custom shower to the repeated sanding and 5 coats of paint that were required to fix the drywall damage from the wallpaper removal. My only regret is that I should have done this project 5 years ago instead of 3 years before I plan to sell the house. Brad and his helper Alexis are very polite, professional and creative in their design and problem solving abilities. Brad won't be the least expensive contractor, but the quality of his workmanship, attention to detail and the final design result speaks for itself. You'll consider yourself fortunate to hire him.

Royal Plus pointed us at Leclaire flooring. Their remedy was they would redo the work at cost. We did business with them when they were OC floors - over 20K over a couple of projects - but we will never do business again as we had to chase them down to get an answer on a remedy. Be wary of doing business with these people.

They did the mold part quickly, and then promptly disappeared. When we called about the repairs, they claimed they didn't realize that our insurance company had approved that part of the estimate, as well, even though our mold project manager told us to come down and choose our flooring and tile. They left the dehumidifiers and all of the plastic in our house for days, and we never heard from them, except to receive an invoice for the mold, which had already been paid by our insurance company. When we did go down to choose our flooring, they said there was a third party handling the payments and that they'd figure out the payment. They finally came and picked up the dehumidifiers, but left all the plastic up, which is strange if they thought they were done in our house, right? Finally, we get a new estimate for our repairs, they say that it will be 3-4 weeks until they can start (it had already been a month), and that it would be 2-3 weeks until it would be finished. We pay another deposit, don't hear from them until I sent another email. Finally a guy comes out and does the drywall. A week later and NOTHING, except another invoice for the mold which was paid in April (it's now the end of July). My toilet has been in my closet for three months. Believe it or not, I could say more, but this seems like enough for now. I do not recommend this company, at all.
