Friendly staff works with you and talks you through what you are looking to do and helps you come with ideas to make sure the finished product is the absoulte best it can be. Even helped me avoid an embarrassing spelling error I had made during my written request. I needed shirts last minute for a team run and they not only got me the shirts within less than 24 hours but even stayed late the night before to ensure that the shirts would be completed in time for us. Mr Tees is "THE" place for all of your printing needs! I was told by a printing company, who I had worked with before, that they could not fill my dance team's order this year b/c they did not screen jean jackets. I was in such a panic, as time was against me. When I called Mr Tees to see if they could screen on jean, instead of flat out saying No, they asked that I come in so we could discuss and see what they could do. Their team took the time to sit and discuss all of the specifics of my order, to ensure I was getting just what I needed (the correct colors and logos on each item). The quality of their print is phenomenal as they make it their duty that every print pops with color and is top notch quality! Mr Tees quickly completed my order, in which I also appreciated. I have seriously never been more pleased with customer service! I called to get information, they had me email the picture I wanted printed on my jacket and when I got there they were ready to get it done for me ASAP, mind you I showed up 20 minutes before they closed, AND I added a shirt with 2 different logos on it. I needed it for Saturday due to a fund raising event I was attending for my boyfriend and his moms non profit organization "Alpha Bravo Canine", and was not able to pick it up Friday and like I said they had no problem getting it done for me on the spot.
