I had high hopes for these guys...wanted to keep it local/support the kidzzzz, you know. However, I experienced a huge lack in customer service/communication skills from them. I called with initial questions about a t-shirt job and felt like I was bothering the guy I spoke with. They rarely check email, so don't expect timely responses. They regretted to inform me when my t-shirts were finished and then called me 5 days after asking me if I was planning on picking them up. Seriously? You have to tell me that they are done, then I will pick them up...that's how it works. This was a huge inconvenience for me. The quality of the job is just okay. I can tell that they rushed through the shirts since the ink alignment is off and it's fuzzy (I had a 2 color job). You can say you get what you pay for...but I have seen much nicer quality shirts done for a few cents more. Needless to say, I'll be going elsewhere next time. Sorry ya'll. Update: I eventually (unfortunately) placed a second order with them. The shirts came back crooked...meaning the graphic was totally off-centered. I emailed and requested that they reprint all of the shirts and then ship them to me for free. They obliged. So, there's a positive for you...sort of. read more

I ordered a T-shirt from these guys through their website, awesomedudesprinting.com. Going into it, I was pretty happy as I prefer to support these smaller-type clothing shops. Unfortunately, then the trouble began. I placed my order in June 2011. I used Paypal, so the money was immediately debited from my account and I got a payment receipt. As of September 2011 I've still not received my shirt. According to Sara H's review the company is super responsive, but I haven't heard anything back to my inquiry emails. I don't think this screwup was intentional (or even normal) but still, I'm out 16 bucks and don't see any options for follow-up. Update: I spoke too soon... they got back to me and I should be getting another shirt! Hooray for customer service! read more

Awesome dudes?! More like awful dudes. I have been using them to print shirts for my company and they continue to disappoint on every other order. They have forgot to print the back of 50+ shirts, deliver a week + after their initial promised delivery date, misprinting shirts etc. In addition, they have terrible customer service and treat you like trash, and when i expressed my dissatisfaction, they actually stated, " hey, man, I don't need your $1000 order." (totally our fault -- we submitted the template with the typo, and didn't even notice when they showed us a sample). Got my design printed on a shirt so cleanly! Screenprinting precisely with hardly any gaps between colors is quite a skill and the shirt I got came out perfectly. The colors were rich and dense as I wanted them and it was very cheap and quick too. They have a cute little shop there. Awesome Dudes? More like Awful Duds. I called for a quote and it was great. $300 cheaper than the other quote I received. THEN, when we made the down payment they said they got the quote wrong. It was going to cost $400 more than what they first told me. I explained that this was their mistake and that I would like some compromise. None came and no apology. These guys are great! I asked for a design and specific colors (a "nice brown" and a "bright orange" ) on a t-shirt, and the first draft they did was EXACTLY as I wanted it - excellent interpretation skills based only on an email I sent with my general idea of what I wanted. The t-shirts were completed ahead of time, and looked amazing. They made the whole process effortless for me, and I will be using them again and again. Where do I begin with Slacker Dudes?? Hmm let's see. I went to the shop and described what I wanted for my small home renovations business in detail including 2 colors and what my design would be and even found the pic for them. I was told by Lee I'm assuming he's the manger there that their artist only works on Wednesday or wouldn't be in till then and I'd get my art done and e mailed right to me for approval. Wednesday and Thursday came and nothing not even a call,so I decided to call them and ask what's up. Lee tells me once again the artist would be in next week and would work on it then,so to my surprise they emailed a pic of my layout on Monday but it was totally wrong!!! First their was a mechanics Wrench in the pic instead of a Pipe Wrench ( I realize these guys just drink coffee and smoke bowls all day but come on how do you confuse a mechanics wrench with a pipe wrench) and he also told me that my shirts would look better with one color?? The whole thing was rushed and looked completely unprofessional and just looked like a crappy billboard on 95, So I figured I better go down there and hold their hand and make sure it's done right which I did today. Now let me add since they were completely incapable of handling it the first time I realized they are probably gonna blame me so I added more shirts to the order since I figured we'd be starting over and everyone wins. I went over the new order with Lee making sure all the details are in place and he was totally fine and cool and I even brought 2 sample shirts from my previous company and said here do this. I left and got an email about an hour later,luckily I was still somewhat in the neighborhood from the owner saying he couldn't do the shirts to come and get my money back or they will send me a check????? so I pulled over and called and asked Lee what happened and he said we cant do the Art?? Huh??? you just did the art a day ago? So I get in my Truck and make my way over to Slacker Dudes and confront the owner and he says "its just to many changes" What does that even mean? its a whole new order!! when I asked your willing to lose the business because you f'd up and put a Mechanics wrench instead of a Plumbing wrench and just have to change that? and he says yes. So I said OK give me my money back and I will be submitting a nice review for you and he says Cool Like he just got done smoking a pound of Hash!!! Beware of these Slackers all they wanna do is sit around in that shop with their shitty Punk shirts and listen to shitty Punk bands no ones ever heard of and drink coffee and complain how their liberal arts degree didn't work out for their weed smoking asses!!! After receiving our clearly misprinted shirts, our organization contacted customer service and was greeted by a most condescending individual by the name of Chris (he claims it's Chris Smith, but I see no employees there by that name listed on their website). This is after we payed extra for expedited service, which shouldn't be an option if you're just going to do a sloppy job for $50 more. In fact, I can't tell whether it's a skewed judgment or just overall carelessness that would lead this company to believe they can get away with selling misprinted shirts that almost completely deviating from our original design. These "dudes" should consider another line of work away from customer service if it's such an inconvenience to their important lives.
