I used to love going here, but under new management since Don retired, it's been nothing but issues. I am leaving negative reviews on any platform I can, because they need to make this right. Maybe some negative publicity will wake them up. I took my car in for new rack and pinion in power steering system. Also got new brakes in the process. Anyway, immediately upon picking it up after new rack and pinion, power steering failed a mile down the road. They took it back in and looked at it, replaced the pump. I had to leave it with them while I left for a business trip because they had to keep it overnight to replace the pump, waiting for a part to come in. Immediately upon my return, the vehicle had loud exhaust noise upon pickup. The exhaust was fine when I took it in, and I have documentation from them to prove such (see attached). I called them to schedule an appointment to look at the new exhaust issue. Upon taking it in today, 11/3/23, I showed them the paperwork where exhaust was fine when I dropped it off. When I showed the manager the paperwork and explained that something seemed to be amiss, she immediately became angry and said I was accusing her of purposely damaging my exhaust. Ultimately, words were exchanged, and she refused to look at it. I now have corporate involved waiting for a resolution to this issue. Bottom line, I've taken it in twice, and twice left with a car in worse shape. They are not taking accountability. An exhaust noise does not just magically appear when there was no noise prior or issue upon arrival to the shop. Mr. Tire, you've left me without a car several times. I've had to take time off from work, rearrange my schedule, and loan vehicles to make it to work when I couldn't be off. read more

Probably the worst experience I've ever had with a tire shop !! I call to have new tire put on , told them i would take them off the car to make things faster. They did the job but a week later when I put the rims back on my I had out of balance vibrations an called to see if they could check an see if the job was done right so I could determine if there was another issue . Long story short I was met with rudeness as soon as they answered an told me I would have to pay again for them to check their work !! I already paid $148 to just have tires put on rims an balanced which is way more than any other shop I have had tires installed at . Ended up having to pay another shop to do the work they were supposed to do . Idk what happened to backing up your work!!! This place definitely does not !!!! read more

Went to this location twice in two weeks. They balanced my tires, replaced a tire sensor and swollen lug nuts. Upon leaving my check engine light was on, they denied it happened there even though it wasn't on going in. And my front end shook worse. And my alignment was off. Next appt was for a rattle in the front end in which I told them i believed it was the strut, they insisted it was a tie rod end and only replaced that. Five hundred dollars later I still have the rattle and in need of a strut. They didn't bother to investigate the issue. Upon opening the hood one can see its the strut mount. Stay away unless you want to deal with dishonest mechanics just trying to steal your money for services not needed. read more

I've been using this shop for about five years and it seems in the last couple it has gone downhill. My appointment for 8 am oil change & rotate tires. Only one other vehicle in a service bay. My car pulled in at 9 am. Simple service took over an hour. Service manager apologized, said he was training new tech on the procedure. Why should they practice on my vehicle? He said everything was fine. When I got home and checked inspection report it indicated power steering fluid was low and system needed to be serviced. Oil change price had doubled since my last change in November. I won't be going back. They lost a loyal customer. read more

Appointment was at 2:30 at 3:30 they finally pulled the car in to get 2 tires put on. Someone was smoking in the shop leaving the inside of my car smelling like smoke. no heat in the waiting area. finally was able to leave at 4:30. never going back. read more

Not only did they give me a great price on tires and wiper blades the first time I came in, when I lost half a blade randomly in a rainstorm, they replaced both blades AND changed my oil ( which is a pricier oil change since I need full synthetic) FOR FREE. Under new management, it has been the absolute worst service I ever had. I brought my car in for an oil change then the next day the car was acting up. they said the water pump is bad. $850 to fix, then after it was fixed the very next day the car acts up again. They said it was the valve and gasket. I get that fixed for $300. The very next day, the car acts up, I decide to take it to gets serviced by real technicians at a dealership. The valve and gasket were not installed right and oil was everywhere. Be careful with shops that want to fatten their bottom line by hosing their customers. read more

Have been going to this place for awhile for my regular oil change and tire rotation. Had other issues go wrong with my car so I had my mechanic uncle look at it. My uncle informed me that it looks like my practically new tires haven't been rotated for a decent while, being that they were going bawled and had flat spots in them.These people obviously think it is okay to take advantage of people who do not look "car savy," which I admit that I am not, and cannot be trusted to do the work that they are paid to do.
