However, I am still waiting for my original service matter to be addressed and I haven't gotten much feedback on the delay outside of me calling for yet another service matter. Ford seems to have lost the magic lubricant that is needed for my door locks to start working again and this has dragged on for a month now. Think about that, a month for something not working, at all, on your car. This happens to be the keyless entry so it's not life-or-death but it is certainly an annoyance especially since this tech was one of the reasons I bought this vehicle. And, I don't feel its all Shelby Ford's fault on not having the part, but Ford and Donley need to get together on this TSB and get this deal fixed. I would have given Ford hell myself if I knew how to get ahold of them, but either way, I would have given better marks if Donely Ford was pushing more on my behalf to get this done and dusted for, now both, sides of the car. Again, they are improving but not as good as they were back in 2010-2012 timeframe, in my opinion anyhow. I give them a bonus star as I liked my salesman, Dan Reese, enough to purchase three cars in four years off him. He did a great job getting my car and taking care of me. The engine ultimately failed completely ("blew up") within the initial 180 days of ownership. When the vehicle started having problems, they told us to bring it in, then tried to charge us for every repair. With chargea was not agreed to. Now that the car is permanently disabled, they are attempting to charge excessive fees. To make matters worse, my other child purchased a vehicle here shortly after, and it has been in their service bay for repairs more days than she has actually driven it. She has still not gotten her car back. This company's vehicles are unreliable, and their service is predatory.

They took a picture of the problem, called me 3 days later to tell me that I should take it back to the dealership from which I purchased it to have it taken care of. They wouldn't even attempt to get it repaired under warranty. Was told originally that they would contact Nissan to verify it was a warranty issue. When I asked if they did, he said he didn't know if they had or not. Just a very poor experience with a Nissan approved dealership which I thought could have been handled with much more professionalism.

Came in Monday told them I need the check today, they said they may be able to but most likely will be tomorrow. Waited till 2 on Tuesday, no word, so I stopped in. Can't get me a check till Wednesday. Will be Friday when I go in then? I ain't ever herd of a place expecting you to leave your car, and your title and not give you the check. I am patient so I just figured what ever, but they knew they would not get it on Monday and was iffy on Tuesday. They lied to me to get the car, still awaiting the check. I lost one good car purchase because of the run around. Close to losing a 2nd. Just saying, don't sell your car there, and based in the service, don't buy from there. The lady I dealt with was the only good thing, Crystal or Christina, she was polite and tried to help me its the management.
