    Great shop! We were driving on a long road journey and got one of those tire sensor orange lights. It really started worrying us. We stopped at gas stations along the way to fill or let out air, but nothing would turn the sensor off. We saw the sign for Mr. Tire on US 301 at La Plata and pulled in. The mechanic dropped what he was doing and used a meter to check all the tires and the individual tire sensors. His electronic gauge said that the tires were all correct on pressure and that the orange light was caused by a busted sensor. Charge? No charge. THANK YOU. We drove off with peace of mind. This review is the least that we can do. Thank you for being open on Sundays and willing to help people. You guys did your good deed of the day for us and we have not forgotten you. Great station.

    This business is DISHONEST AND FINANCIALLY PREDATORY- especially when it comes to women…read more Do not be fooled by the positive reviews you see here. To get an accurate understanding of how dishonest and predatory this business is particularly when it comes to women sort the reviews by looking at the lowest reviews. On Sunday, I had my vehicle towed to this shop. My AC had stopped working and after driving for sometime fumes started coming from the front of the car and liquids were dripping from the bottom of the car. When my car got brought in, I called and explained exactly that. They told me it would cost about $67 to do a diagnosis of the issue. The next day, Tim called me and said the issue is my radiator and I needed to replace the radiator. He told me the total cost would be $764. I told him I would call back because I wanted to get a second opinion. I wanted to get a second opinion because this past December I brought my car in to them because my AC/ heater was not working. Then I paid them over $600. Now six months later I was having the same issues. Because I couldn't move the car to another mechanic, I contacted a mobile mechanic. In my messages to the mobile mechanic I said the same thing that I told this business. My AC stopped working and the car started fuming. In the end, I could not coordinate a time with the mobile mechanic due to work, so I decided to go with Myers. The next day I called them to okay the service. Tim now quotes $849, instead of the $764 he originally told me. I explained to him that was not the price he quoted me before. I wrote the price down, but he lied and said it was what he told me. I negotiated the price to $813 because I just wanted my car fixed. I okayed the service after he assured me he did a diagnostic and the issues would be fixed. Of course, I'm thinking the AC would also be fixed. When they called me to say the car is ready. My sister goes to pick up the car and had me on facetime. The very first thing I asked her to do was to check the AC before paying. LO AND BEHOLD THE AC WAS NOT FIXED. When I brought this issue up. They lied that I never mentioned the issue with my AC. We are in the peak of the summer, Why would I not mention my AC not working??? Also, why would I mention it to the mobile mechanic (see my screenshots) and not mention it to Myers, the people who have my car and are fixing my car???? Instead of them admitting their error. They tried to charge me an additional $1000 to fix the AC talking about there is an issue with the AC compressor. So they wanted me to pay a total of $1800!!!! They are ridiculous. Of course I contested this. I called Neil Myers the owner to resolve the issue cordially. To my surprise he started yelling at me and threatening me that "he knows my type" and that if I don't pay in cash I will not get my car. It was so TRAUMATIZING. I never had a business owner speak to me like that, especially when it is THEIR ERROR. The way he spoke to me I was scared because like I said my younger sister was there alone. So I immediately left work to go there myself. Then Brandon (Myers??) got involved and again instead of rectifying the situation and admitting their error also lied that I never told them. So he called me stating the call is being recorded. Then it was clear he was trying to create a recording to cover themselves legally. He also tried to tell me that I needed to pay in cash or certified check before they release my car. I called them out that it is against the law if it was not previously disclosed to the customer. In the end, I paid $749, instead of $813 because Brandon said he would give me a "discount". I found it laughable that he thought that would be sufficient to rectify the fact that I paid $749 to "fix" a radiator that is sold on amazon for less than $99 and my AC is still not working. I don't recommend this business to anyone. Also by the way the positive reviews are doctored. As a first time customer they will harass you for days to leave a review, which I am assuming why so many people feel compelled to leave these 4 star reviews. But trust me don't patronize this business!

    To find this level of customer service is unheard of...I'm still in awe. Ok, picture it. You…read moreliterally call someone about an issue and they fix it..with no hesitation..in 2026?!?! LOL. Listen. That is what Zack does. You tell him your problem and he fixes it. Plain and simple. In a matter of one hour I called, explained that I needed a headlight fixed on my husband's truck and how nobody in this area seemed to want to touch it (I guess because of the intricacies involved) but when I called Zack and explained all this, I asked him straight up, what is gonna make you any different than anywhere else I called because everybody's telling me this that and the third.. basically telling me that I needed to take it to the Mercedes dealer. He literally told me what's gonna make me different is that I'm gonna actually look at your vehicle and tell you what we need to fix this headlight. He said the only thing I can't do is give you an estimate over the phone because I don't know what type of work needs to be done but I can tell you that I can do the work. So I then asked him what the turnover was like-how long would they have the vehicle. He said that's another thing. When you bring me your car, there is no sitting around waiting-you bring it-we fix it; we tell you what it's gonna cost and if you agree, it's done. So immediately I told Zach OK this is my husband's truck. I'm gonna call him. I'm gonna tell him to bring that truck around there and like clockwork he did and Zack did what he said he was gonna do. He even went above and beyond by ensuring that my husband got a ride back to his job after he dropped the truck off and picked him up also to come and get the truck when he was finished-which took no time. I cannot recommend this place enough. The time it took to do the work, the price and the customer service were all 1000 out of 10. Even if it's something you think that they don't specialize in-ask. Because that was me. I knew they were a collision shop, but I didn't know whether or not they would be able to just fix this headlight for us (as many denials as we got ) and all within an hour or so of me calling to dropping it off, it was done. To Zack and his team...thank you. The above and beyond service from your business is gonna take it far. You have life long customers in us, and anybody else that I can get the word to. You guys rock. I repeat-these guys will get our business over and over and over and over again and they should get yours too.

I choose Mr. Tire to perform the installation. I was notified by Tire Rack that my tires were delivered. So I called Mr. Tire to arrange the installation. To no avail, Rick at Mr. Tire would not allow me to make an appointment. He said they were too busy. This went on for two days while my tires sat in their shop. I had to find another shop and pay a higher install fee than what Mr. Tire was obligated to charge. This by far was the worst experience at Mr. Tire because the service advisor would not try to meet the customers needs. They have lost a long standing customer. I will take my money and business to an establishment that is willing to accommodate.

After purchasing new tires, I discovered that the shop failed to properly tighten and torque the lug nuts--not once, but twice. My family and I were in the truck when I noticed the wheel wobbling, which immediately raised alarm and confirmed something was seriously wrong. The wheels had been left loose, creating a severe safety hazard that could have resulted in a catastrophic accident. Even after this issue was brought to their attention, the same mistake was repeated. This is a basic, non-negotiable safety requirement, and failing to perform it correctly puts customers' lives at risk. I have zero trust in this shop and would never return. I am posting this review to warn others--please take your business elsewhere and choose a shop that takes vehicle safety seriously.

I will preface by saying this…read morelocation is out of the way, about 45 min from me but closer to family in case I had to wait. I came in for 2 new tires and an alignment. While I was in and out in about 45 min - 1 hour, quick work doesn't always = good work. Maybe I'm used to shops trying to up-charge or offer additional services but I had to ask for information and updates. I let them know that the steering was off and assumed that since they were doing an alignment - that would fix it. I wasn't aware that I was supposed to be provided a print out of the alignment as a reference which I didn't receive. It's almost as if they didn't check the steering or only did an alignment on the back because as you can see from the photo my wheel is still twisted while going straight. And yes I was charged for it (they provided a discount for a Google review so expect an update there). So because it was out of the way and I didn't get what I paid for - I went to a closer location 2 days later. They noted that the alignment was done incorrectly - fixed it and yes I was charged. The previous store was nice enough to refund me but I had to go up there to get it - hence me saying it was 45 min away from me. The manager Leo was really kind and apologetic, and refund was swift. While mistakes happen, this one was too obvious to overlook. Even when my truck had to be brought out - you could tell there was something off with the alignment but it was still considered complete. It was more of an inconvenience than anything.
