They promised it would arrive the next day, but it didn't show up for three days. When I questioned the massive overcharge, they told me they would remove $86 from the bill -- and then never did. On March 8, 2026 i was 2 miles from the old bridge location on Route 9 North in NJ. I called the number and spent 19 mins on the phone with their customer service explaining I'm stuck with a flat on the side of the road and im very far from home. The woman made me an appointment to come right in. I received a confirmation text for this appointment immediately there after. I was able to put a small amount of air in my tires fast leak and began driving there. Then the location itself called me and said dont come in because they only have one person fixing flats. I explained the customer service confirmed my appointment and this would leave me stranded on the side of the road on a SUNDAY when most places are CLOSED. The girl said yes she recognizes ill be stranded and told me they will not fix my flat even tho i have a confirmed appointment. I have never been more disgusted w the service and treatment of a automotive establishment as I was when she told me forget my appointment and explicitly said she knows I'll be stranded. Got a coupon from them for $20 dollar oil change, or $10 off synthetic oil change. Got there, was told they only do synthetic oil change for a 2.5 liter four cylinder 2015 Subaru Forester, and that with the coupon applied the amount comes out to be $65 before tax. However, the receipt itself doesn't even reflect that the coupon was applied. Oil change took half hour, when other drive through oil change places nearby takes fifteen minutes or less. Classic bait and switch. These guys helped me out of a jam to switch tires years ago, but the good will gained just got lost. Beware of these guys! read more

I purchased 4 new tires online and had them delivered here for installation. Dropped off early in the morning and received a call after lunch that it was done. They take hours to do anything in this place. Woke up this morning to a complete FLAT!!! Put air in it and drove to work only to come out to the tire getting flat again. Brought straight over to them and now they tell me it will be several hours before they can look at it!! Hours?? To remove a tire and figure out why it's going flat?? The 2 guys at the front desk that are there to hustle you to buy 4 tires or anything else they can up sell you to were pretty rude. The mechanic that worked on my car was nice and professional ,but as for the 2 guys in the front they clearly didn't want to be working on a Sunday. I asked nicely one of the guys if they could discount just a little bit the 1 tire which was $171 he nearly bit my head off. I never do this, but money was tight that week . Brought my car here to get 2 new tires put on as my front 2 tires were completely shot. I got quoted one price on the phone and when I got there they told me it was going to be almost double due to all these extra fees. The tires were done quickly but when I woke up the next day my passenger front tire was completely flat. Looking at the reviews I see that somebody else had the same issue. Not to mention that a month later my drivers side right tire flew off my car while driving because the rim broke completely. You would think they would have noticed or said something when they replaced the tire if they saw the rim was cracked unless they did it themself. Completely unsatisfied with their work and will steer clear of this place now. Only went there because it was local and the original quoted price was good. We purchased 4 tires and had them do an oil change for our daughter who was heading back to her home in Maryland the next day. After her drive back and 5 days of driving to work, her oil light was blinking. She got a ride to work and we went over to Mr. Tire... showed a picture of the oil leaking under the car. Without question, manager took our number, called us back within 15 minutes. He offered to have it towed to a Mr. tire near my daughter in Maryland. Since we have AAA premier we had it towed to the Mr. tire. The next day we traveled to Maryland , took our daughter over to the Mr. Tire near her. The car was taken care of promptly with no charge. It happened to me twice, they always charge more and then say I am not sure how the discount got kicked off the total. Asked them to do tire rotations never did it. I asked them 4 times and they said yes, it says on the ticket but when I checked my car, it wasn't done. WRONG ! that's price for service (resurfacing rotors, non - ceramic pads) labor is $80 each side then tax! Forget it, here at MR TIRE same job with LIFETIME CERAMIC PADS whole car $379! And the wait was nothing because they worked with myself and handicapped mother to make this work in my favor!
