If you mess up someone's nails that badly, the least you can do is fix it without trying to squeeze more money out of them. The customer service here is just as bad as the work itself. There was no accountability, no apology, and no effort to make things right. Instead, I was made to feel like I was the problem for expecting them to follow through on what they promised.
