Throughout the entire process, Brian was very patient and created a comfortable environment for us, making sure we understand the problem and explaining it carefully. I felt bad for taking up too much of his time during the consultation stage, but he made it clear that my scheduled time slot would be dedicated for me only and ensured that I didn't feel rushed. Because I have homeowners insurance, I would need to file the claim to my insurance before any repairs, so no repairs were done day-of.
