On top of it being a fussy Toyota, my driver door is messed-up & my hood latch, so I know my service was a PITA but he stayed calm and patient the entire time. Another $1100 dollars. Dealer there stated rear rotors were aftermarket. Checked my receipts for me and confirmed part numbers were not Ford. No warranty from Ford except for manufacturers defects, but I expect factory parts and equipment. Who warranties the aftermarket parts? Not very happy.

Unfortunately, my RV and I lost the fight. I had some pretty hefty damage down one whole side of the trailer, and the back wall was ripped loose With a about a 6 inch gap you could see into the bathroom through. Class A worked their magic and made that trailer look like new in what I thought was a pretty short time. I could not have been happier with their service. Last year, my slide wouldn't go back in. I labored to get it in manually and took it to be worked on at Class A. They've got it working like new. While it was in the shop, they also resealed my roof for me. While I was there, I asked about RV storage. Not only did they have it, they had it for 1/3 the price I was paying in San Antonio. Even with the added drive to Pipe Creek, I save time because I'm not dealing with the traffic getting to the Tally Road area. I recommend Class A for any service you need done on your RV. It is a very good company. The office staff is very friendly. Oh... I should mention how one of their technicians stayed on the phone with me for over an hour telling me how to get my slide back in manually so that I could tow it to the shop. He was awesome!

I explained my predicament and while he was sympathetic to my needs, he did say that his shop was quite busy. Then he said, bring it in and we'll do our best to look at it. I arrived about 3:30 pm on a Friday afternoon. Cody greeted me and asked me to sit tight. Within 10 minutes, he was reading codes. I met with Cody and Service Technician Brian. They listened to my complaint and my thoughts and Brian said if there's an issue in the system, they'll find it and we'll go from there. After relaxing in the customer waiting area of the showroom, Brian came by to tell me it was fixed! It was working fine but it had a faulty wire when I took it out on my first solo voyage that wire broke. This meant my heater didn't work and a fluke cold front came through and made it 46° inside my trailer. I called BJ he said I'll be there in three hours. He drove all the way over to try and fix my trailer, which he could not, and drove all the way back. He immediately called company and had a new unit to replace the faulty one in less than a week. That is the kind of service you get with BJ. He wants you to be happy. And he goes above and beyond to make sure that you are. Changed out all the electrical, all the plumbing, new AC/heater, modified shower/bathroom, reconfigured bed/couches, sealed/painted, custom framed and mounted new appliances, made mount and frame adjustments. You get the picture. Always quick to work the trailer into his workshop when a new tweak or adjustment is needed or wanted.
