I door dashed multiple times and all were yummy and fresh. They also got my order correct. I drove over the last time and ordered by phone. The young lady was kind on the phone and took my order fine. It took 15 min or so to get there and nobody was there when I walked in. The store was pleasant and clean. My sandwich wasn't ready but I was fine waiting. The counter girl told me she had made my first sandwich incorrectly and had to remake it. No problem. I waited and she was quick. Very nice.... Problem was when I got home. She had made the sandwich incorrectly and left off the bacon (which I had paid extra for). I had some cooked bacon at home and added it to the sandwich and it was again, fresh and yummy! My favorite things are the great amount of turkey they put on. They don't skimp on toppings and the Dutch crunch is fresh and delicious. I will go back for sure but nobody wants to drive 10-15 min to get home and the order is wrong. I also ordered the sandwiches differently to ensure that they'd be made correctly. Unfortunately, I got to the store with my friend and the workers hadn't even started making the order. They told us that they saw the same order twice and didn't want to make it until I came in to confirm with me. I already thought of this and ordered the sandwiches different by making the first 2 with sourdough bread and no cheese and one with Dutch crunch and cheese. I thought that this would be enough to separate them in the eyes of the workers. Sadly, the sandwiches were all on Dutch crunch and that was particularly annoying because those were the sandwiches that I bought for my friend. Both employees looked at each other and chuckled in what came across as annoyance. I even apologized for the inconvenience, but the first employee responded by saying, "We are just too busy." I completely understand that working in customer service can be overwhelming, and I always try to be patient and understanding. It's a cute little coffee shop with limited seating. I ordered a biscoff latte, hot, and a pesto turkey sandwich. The sandwich was delicious, the coffee was delicious, but it arrived iced. I was disappointed but didn't want to complain and the drink was good so I just dealt with it. My mom ordered a simple breakfast and she enjoyed it. It's a cute space and I would try it again.
