You'll often see team members cleaning tables, emptying trash, and making sure customers have a pleasant experience. The customer service is consistently friendly and helpful. The food is fresh, flavorful, and exactly what keeps us coming back. Even when the restaurant is very busy, the team works hard to keep things moving and provide a great experience. If I had one small complaint, it would be the wait times during peak hours. However, considering the high volume of customers they serve, they do a remarkable job managing the crowds and getting orders out efficiently. You know the routine, long drive thru lines, lots of people and a simple menu. Nothing changing at this location either. With that being said, it's always been a good experience. The drive thru is a bit rough as it lines up leading back to the street if super busy. I stopped by Wednesday afternoon at around 2PM after spending my morning at the emergency vet. I didn't want to wait so I found parking in the lot and ran in. Employees were polite, they move you through the lines fast and keep the food moving. When I was being helped they were calling #60. I was number #72. I got my drink and waited maybe 8ish minutes for my food to come out. Food was made to order and was hot and fresh. No complaints here, good food for a decent price. And it's a big deal for me when the fountain drinks taste good, the diet coke was excellent. This location has plenty of outdoor seating and the parking lot has space to get around the drive thru line. There is a lot of shopping around as well so it's always busy. read more

Every time I go here it's very crowded but yet the service is amazing. They always have my order correct even when I go through the drive-through I always feel a give it there extra step of the way every time I order anything specialty after their secret menu they have no problem making it. We frequent this in n out because it's close to home. I've only ever once had an order be inaccurate and they fixed it right away. They are the only ones who do well done fries, not burnt! We always ask for a side of chilis and the little whole peppers they had were fire! Last time, they gave us a container of precut peppers and they were not spicy at all. Today I got my usual, cheeseburger...animal style, whole grilled onion, a pink lemonade and animal fries well done. Got my side of chilis and they put 4 slices of chilis in a cup. I was visiting from East Coast. And like any other visitors outside CA, I had to go to the famous In-N-Out! Oh boy, this branch in Turlock, CA is one of the busiest yet has the best customer service there is! Shoutout to Isaac (wasn't to take photo) who was so nice to accommodate me even he was busy on his station. We were a group of 9 and we had the most confusing orders. Hands down to this lovely young lady Mia!!! She was so patient to take our orders and even gave us her beautiful smile. I wish there are millions of Isaac & Mia in all customer service department. First off, you can't go wrong with In-N-Out. For me, it's one of the most reliable fast food restaurants in terms of both quality and service. I ordered my usual: a grilled cheese with fried onions, fries, and a milkshake. As usual, the food was delicious. The drive through line was incredibly long, so we opted to park and eat at one of the outdoor tables. This In-N-Out is located in a nice plaza, so I definitely recommend eating outside if you can. Ordering inside is also much faster than the drive thru, so if you can find a place to park, I definitely recommend skipping the drive thru. read more

I hardly ever go to In-N-Out just because it's not my favorite, I enjoy more of a charred burger like the habit. But of course they wanted it yesterday and luckily it didn't disappoint. I'm finally figured out that I enjoy my double double a lot more with light spread. It was just enough to make the burger have sauce but not make it wet which is why I usually lean more to somewhere else. I will absolutely always grab a strawberry shake when given the opportunity and it never disappoints. But they absolutely hit it out of the park yesterday. I have been going to In -N - Out for over 3 decades Yet this branch is the least quality I have experienced in Food and Service The animal style fries had raw onion and seemed to be reheated as the cheese was rubbery and cold on the fries with white semi fried onion The cheese burger had pickles that is fibrous and too chewy In the drive through they forgot to give the car ahead of me her drink, very funny they almost did the same with me I had to remind the delivery window of my order and they were giving it piece by piece and each time saying by now , and then realizing that another thing is missing I understand they are hard working kids and I respect them but this service is horrible to get specially when I am trying to get a dinner after a long working day Arrived my hotel room and found the order missing utensils I requested and of course cold rubbery fries and very chewy burger sandwich that I could not take more than two bites I hope they improve read more

We stopped here on our way back to SF from a camping adventure in Yosemite. This was our first restaurant meal in a few days so we were pretty dang excited to run in here. It was a very busy location, it was also just before dinner time on a Thursday. We are all tourists, I am from the east coast and the rest of my group were from different countries around the world. It was a novelty for all of us. Even with the novelty and our hungry stomaches, we all concluded that our meals were just "pretty good." No one's life was changed and no one would be eagerly anticipating a return trip. Still a great stop. Our food was pretty quick to come out even though we came during a busy time. Clean bathrooms which we all used to freshen up before eating. I have been sick for a while so I haven't been able to eat anything really So last night after a long while me and my family decided to have in-n-out! What a mistake that was. All 3 of us were disgusted with how cold our food was! We ended up throwing away the entire bag after a couple bites. The long lines did not allow us to get back and request a refund neither. I am very disappointed since it was the first thing I wanted to eat after weeks of not being able to eat a solid meal and that was our experience! The fact that they made our food, placed it somewhere until we got to the window and handing it to us cold was not good.
