Omg...HORRIBLE HORRIBLE FOOD. My husband and I call ourselves ordering from somewhere new. BIG MISTAKE. Seen this place on uber eats. Thought why not. The food gets here its season-less, hard, old, dry... just yuk. As you can see in the pictures, on my husband's fries they cut a non- Seasoned beef patty up into big pieces and just threw it on top of his ice cold fries. My husband handed me his food and asked me to go Doctor it up. I literally had to remake the fries and add some steak, seasoning, and more cheese for him to eat it. The bacon and whatever that is they call burger went in the trash. Oh my entire order of fries and my whole burger went in the trash too. I'm not eating this garbage. I just wasted $30. No way I order takeout and still end up cooking. Smh. Yeah this place definitely don't care about they customers, or food, they don't care about nothing and it shows. read more

I willl not order from Mr. Beast Burger again! The burger tasted mostly like bun because of a very small beef patty. It was supposed to be double patty beast styled burger! The burger I received looks nothing like the burgers advertised on their site. I requested no mayo on the burger and fries. That was ignored. I paid too much money for this! Neat "hidden" spot. The kids watch Mr Beast on YouTube so they wanted to check out his burger business. It is tricky to find, but that is kinda fun for the kids. You order online thru the Mr Beast Burger App. The prices are fair. We had a variety of menu items snd they were all good. We did eat ours in the car so I cannot say how they would hold up with delivery. read more

2 stars because the people there were nice. Mr. Beast is my nephews favorite Youtuber, naturally we had to try the place out. I don't know what I was expecting, but definitely more than this. It was packaged like an early release school lunch. The buns were cold, and the food looked and tasted like I could have done a better job at home, and I can't cook. If I could give a zero I would. I love the Mr Beast YouTube channel and I was hoping this would be good. But the quality control at this particular location is trash. The fries were ok, but they were soft and room temperature. The melt was pretty awful. The onions weren't sautéed. The bun was untoasted and was just a regular white bread bun flipped, topside in. And the cheese tastes like cheap Walmart cheddar. I'm seriously hoping that other people have a better experience and support the Mr.Beast brand. But DO NOT order food from this specific food truck. The food truck making these seems overwhelmed by orders. There is no system. You get here and there are people standing around for over an hour, waiting for the orders that they placed through the app 30 minutes before that. I would wait until they get the kinks worked out before doing this. It's not the food truck's fault (I don't think) that the app says that your order will be ready in 10 minutes. They should just turn off the app when they get too many orders. If I ever get any food, I'll update review. Update: I did get the food. It was probably 1.5 hours after the app said it would be ready. It was ok. The patties were a little dry. Fries were pretty good. Hot chicken sandwich was pretty good. Checked off the box for the Beast experience, but probably wouldn't do it again. I mean, I could have gone to Whataburger and been home in 10 min. You have to want to take part in the Beast thing (which apparently, lots of people do). I don't know how long they've been open. My kids just said they wanted to try it. So if this was the first night or something, this was probably an overly harsh review. read more

Their signature burger is basically an overpriced McDonald's burger on a slightly better bun. Their patty melt would have been a lot better if they had bothered to put on the carmelized onions they claim are part of it. Their beast fries looked really good in the picture and in theory I really enjoyed them, but since they couldn't be bothered to send them with the rest of my order, I'll never truly know. Don't bother eating here. If you want to be disappointed by a burger, go to McDonald's, at least they're reasonable enough not to overcharge you. read more

Me and my homeboy Kyle stumbled here by accident looking for wings and things but saw a MrBeast sticker slapped on the back and knew what had to happen. Both of us have heard of it previously and have been curious in trying it since then. We both ordered the chicken sandwiches and mine was the spicy one in particular. The chicken was NOT spicy but that's not necessarily a bad thing but I will say it wasn't large. There was strips instead of a full fillet. All that being said the staff was super nice and the chicken had good flavor with a great texture as well. In addition to the sandwiches we got the Beast fries and they were pretty good as well (sorta smothered in ketchup, Mayo, and mustard with pickles on top). Will be going again of course! It was instead two perfectly round thin patties like the machine processed meat similar to fast food. The reviews on line show it similar to smash burger looking meat. Horrible first experience with this food truck. First off, there's no sign nor indication of it's existence in the parking lot the food truck sits in. Second, the one guy in the truck couldn't give me my order without seeing the app so I had to walk to the other end of the parking lot and show him my name even though I told him earlier. After snatching my phone out of my hand, he handed me the bag and turned away without saying a word. When I got home, only 1 of the 3 burgers ordered was made correctly, the other ones I paid extra to have bacon added and requested no mustard but got the opposite. The fries were undercooked and dried out making them a tasteless mush when eaten. When my husband tried to contact the "restaurant" the 877# shown in the app for the local spot was an automated menu that eventually just hangs up on you, no matter how many times you call. I'm so disappointed and disgusted by the way the guy in the truck handled a simple order pickup and the way this "company" has set up it's customer service, I want a refund of my $40 "meal" but who would I even talk to? read more

Bad and disappointing enough for me to write a review. False advertisment. It is absolutely not smashed burgers. Nothing authentic or crispy about it. Cheap grey frozen grocery store frozen patties just barely cooked enough to be technically edible. Bun was dry and tough, fries were soggy and tasted like something you'd get in the frozen section of Walmart. Also bought a single cookie for 2.50.. also a ripoff. Was like a 2 day old subway cookie. This was my first experience with Mr.Beast Burger and I have to say it will likely be my last. The burger I got (Dream Burger) was not a double smashed burger as advertised, which I understand to never take the advert picture for the one I will get, but a double thick patty that was raw, one of my slices of cheese still had the plastic wrap on it, bacon was not on the burger but in crushed bits everywhere else in the bag, the fries were not the "seasoned crinkle fries" but plain dry regular standard fries that had been cooked but were stone cold by the time I got home (live 10 mins max from where I had to pick up) and the "freshly baked chocolate chip cookie" was a store bought one that was hard as a rock. I know this just opened up here in San Antonio but serving raw food with plastic placed inside along with not serving the proper type of fry or cookie is not only dangerous but also deceptive. Will be a long time coming before I ever consider eating a Beast burger again. read more
