    Vito #5

First time trying JJ. I found the value on point. I got the Vito #5, two mixed meat Italian hoagie. The bread was soft and delicious, albeit ice cold. I would like at least room temperature. The staff was fast and friendly. My sandwich came out in about 2 minutes. The meats were light but of a good portion, and the fillings were fresh. I won't mention where I like better because Yelp has been deleting reviews lately if you mention a competitor under the content guidline violation of promoting that business. I would come back here especially since the sandwich was only $4.50.....

I've been a huge Jimmy John fan for many years. #1 They have the freshest bread out of any sub shop. I love the smell and taste of it. #2 They really are freaky fast. #3 They deliver to quite a few places including my house after I had my daughter. This cranky Mama was wondering what in the world I was thinking when I signed up to have this beautiful bundle of joy and the last thing on my mind was dinner or making my husband a sandwich. Thank you Jimmy Johns. Fast forward a year and we lived in Hawaii with no Jimmy Johns. *insert Sad face* I never did find any bread shop in 3 years that I actually liked their bread. We would come home to CA and drive over an hour to Jimmy Johns. Yes an impromptu shopping trip usually happened but it was the place I wanted to go. I move to Cibolo. The night I flew in from Hawaii I see Jimmy Johns. Yay! So happy. Their salt and vinegar chips are great as is the #12 beach club which is turkey, avocado spread, cucumbers, tomato (it includes lettuce and optional sprouts. I omit them and add peppers).

Don't order here. The order is never correct and when you try to call to speak with the 'manager', like Brian, he is mentally incapable and will hang up on you. #7 means 0.25lb of ham with cheese, none of that ever applies when you actually receive the order.

    They have cherry coke.

New. Now open. Great sandwiches really fast and friendly. Great location next to game stop off 3009.

I wouldn't recommend coming here. They gave me stale bread with a sliver of meat. Don't waste your time and avoid this headache.

Hometown Eats. What an exquisite little eatery/bakery! So happy to have found this place, which has…read morebeen under my nose for the past year apparently. Small, but comfortable place that has a few tables inside and out. Sell coffee and baked goods but also has a nice little breakfast/brunch menu. The owners ran the place and really seemed "happy" to see us, took time to walk us through the menu, offer suggestions, etc. just extremely "comfortable" place to be from the moment we walked through the door. My wife and I always pick two entrees and share. We went with the breakfast sandwich and the biscuits and gravy and we were not disappointed. The house made brioche bun for the sandwich and the biscuits were out-of-this-world delicious. Based on that, I would wager that the other baked goods they had displayed (scones, cinnamon rolls, etc) would have been wonderful! (I'll be back soon to confirm this) Back to the food...the sandwich was very good- egg was perfectly "over hard" and high quality cheese and bacon. The maple-chipotle mayo absolutely made the bite. Next time I will ask for extra, maybe slathered on both halves of the bun. The flavor of that mayo was unlike anything I've tasted- thoroughly enjoyed it and it complimented the overall flavor of the sandwich so well. Delicious!!! As already mentioned the biscuits were outstanding...which is not something that I say lightly. While I will always try biscuits and gravy, I am usually disappointed and it is typically because of biscuits that are too dense and too dry. These were neither- they were incredible and I'm not sure what gave them the touch of "sweet" but that little touch took the flavor of the biscuit over the top for me. Finally, the gravy was perfect from the amount of sausage to the elegant "sage-iness" of the bite. With respect to the quantity of gravy, it is not uncommon for places to not give enough gravy. The ratio of gravy to biscuit must be difficult to master, well they've done it at Northern D'Lights!! Just incredible experience and we will be back, on the regular! Give this place a go...great place!

My husband got the breakfast bowl with egg, veggies, and bacon. We were the only ones there which for barely 7:30am is understandable, the man behind the counter was very nice and friendly. The moment you step inside, the noise outside fades into something warmer -- replaced by the hum of conversation, bursts of laughter, and the comforting rhythm of a place full of life. From the kitchen comes the constant symphony of sizzling grills, clanging pans, and ice tumbling into glasses, all blending together into the kind of atmosphere that feels alive rather than loud. I stated why was it already ready when I selected a 7pm pick up and the manager with red hair stated they make them right away unless they are ordered more and one hour out. I explained that I did not want my sub waiting for 30 min and needed to be made fresh for a 7pm pick up like what I selected. She stated well I guess I can do that with a little attitude. I then come in at 655 and had to wait on my dad to get there and he was there by 703 pm. As I was ordering my subs inside they were making fun of the fact that the person wanted it for 7pm and is late. I was in fact there but had to order more subs in person in order to use a coupon. Needless to stay I told them that I was that person that didn't want my hot sub waiting for 30 min before pickup. It was very unprofessional of the manager to give attitude and then make fun of the fact I was still late even though I was there ordering other subs. I will still come back here but this manager needs a coaching.
