First time ordered through Uber eats. Everything was there and my husband enjoyed his food and mine was okay. My husband decided he wanted to go get food from there for Father's Day today and the whole experience was stupid. First the location was so confusing. Looks like an junk car area and there were like three food "trucks" scattered. The other two I could understand who they were because their name was on the truck... for some reason Man Vs Fries truck has their logo two times the size of a postage stamp on the back of the truck that I didn't see until my husband stared at the truck for like 8 min. We get out and there is a person inside who clearly sees us (we were the ONLY customers there). There was a man who looked like he worked there too standing outside having a conversation with someone who pulled in the same time we did (they obviously knew each other). We stood there for a good 10 min just to be completely ignored, no one said one word to us. Like I said both employees saw us and never even said anything. I've worked food before so I understand a lot more than others, but when there is a customer you acknowledge them and let them know the situation. If you are busy and will be with us shorty just say so, if you are waiting for another person to come in the truck because you are doing to go food then just say so.
