Last night, I sat at the bar where Taylor & trainee Alberto were kind and took good care of me. Full transparency, we exclusively sit at the bar or in the bar area like all the time. Leaving a review because I read some others that weren't great and I think people are just weird. Ordering a burger medium rare is in fact strange and they probably couldn't take a joke, lol. Aubrey's does not have a limited menu as they have a variety of options in each category and literally like 14 sides to choose from. Cheaper than J Alexander's, people just like to complain. I work in the service industry as a bartender, and Bar manager so I'm naturally kind of nitpicky about my food service. All in all, Aubrey's rocks and we are new regulars.

My husband is obsessed with the elk burger and orders it every single time we visit. The only downside is the service can be very inconsistent. We've had visits with amazing servers who were attentive and provided excellent customer service. Other times, we've felt completely forgotten, no water refills, no check-ins, and long waits for basic things. If Birdsong Social could provide more consistent service, it would easily be one of our favorite restaurants. The Steakhouse Burger is hands-down one of the best I've had -- juicy, flavorful, and cooked exactly right. The fries were cooked to perfection: crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, and absolutely addictive when dipped in their house ranch. That ranch is next-level -- tantalizingly delicious and packed with flavor! I also loved having the seasonal Mango Cart beer on tap. It was refreshing, crisp, and the perfect complement to the meal. What really made the visit special was the outstanding service. All of the staff were excellent, but Summer D and Abby went above and beyond, making me feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of while I relaxed out on the patio. 20+ year customer ignored in a near-empty restaurant…read more I have been a loyal fan of Red Robin for over twenty years, but my experience at the Spring Hill location this past Saturday afternoon was beyond disappointing. Despite the restaurant being slow, I was treated with complete indifference. I arrived early in the afternoon to place a simple to-go order. A young lady told me she'd be with me in a moment and went to the back. A male employee then walked in, made eye contact with me, and immediately walked to the other side of the restaurant. When the first employee returned and asked him to take my order, he told her he'd "be with me in a minute" because he needed to set up tables--keep in mind, there was no one else waiting. I stood there for several minutes watching him slowly meander around and adjust tables while I was completely ignored. A third employee eventually walked by and gave me the same "be with you in a minute" line. I have never felt more disrespected while trying to patronize a business. I ended up walking out without ordering. I'm not sure if the staff had an issue with the shirt I was wearing or if this is just a total failure of management and basic hospitality, but I won't be back to this location.
