Went to Beef A Roo for the first time. I ordered the Wild West Burger and it was great. It tasted just like a Western Cheeseburger from Carl's Jr except it's a smash burger. Pretty disappointing experience here. The only thing that anyone liked in our group was the root beer milkshake and the bacon cheeseburger. Everything else was not good. I myself had the chicken caesar salad and it was equivalent to one you would get at a gas station. It was really bad. The beef portions in the beef and cheese were pathetic. They looked nothing like the picture on the menu. The service in the drive-thru was actually wonderful which made the food all the more of a let-down. We were hoping to have a fresh, healthier fast food option in the area, but unfortunately Beef a Roo didn't hit the mark. If you go...stick to the cheeseburger and plan on a long wait. read more

Food is below average considering the price. Have been several times to try to find somethithe to enjoy, and all items we have tried are not great. Service is ok. Decor and cleanliness are ok. Went thru the drive thru. Order was correct and staff super friendly. The sign says every order made to order so expect a little wait. I got bacon cheeseburger burger combo. Cost was $13. Fries were hot and crispy. The burger was very good as the bacon had a very nice smoked flavor to it. Will be back to try other menu items. read more

Always very few cars on the lot; they are never busy. When you call the shop to speak with management, they never answer the phone.

My husband and I stopped here to give this place a try, don't follow our lead just choose a better place. For 2 burgers fries and drinks it came to almost 30 dollars. On our way home while snacking in the fries we noticed that 99% were greasy undercooked fries (it cost 5.99 to add fries and a drink to any burger or sandwich) in my opinion not worth buying something that is inedible. The burger itself (Wild West burger) was very dry with little to no sauce and 2 skimpy onion rings like just enough to say it was on there. The patty itself was extremely crispy (overcooked) and our drinks had more ice than anything. Over all I will not be going here again just with the price and how the food was it was not worth our time or money to go here. read more

Went here because I had a gift card. The staff did not know how to redeem it. They tried calling a manager, but the phone was not answered. Thankfully they trusted me as to what was on it and took that off the cost of the meal. I got my mushroom swiss burger order to go. When I got home to eat it, I was very disappointed. The burger was burned. It was hard and crunchy. If I was still at the restaurant, I would have sent it back. The fries were very soggy. I expect a little limpness taking them home, but they sure could have stayed in the frier a bit longer. The milkshake was great! Overall, way overpriced for the dry smashburger and fries. read more

Had the crispy chicken sandwich. It is a deep fried chicken patty with mayo & BBQ sauce on top with some lettuce. It is a tasty sandwich. And the French fries are a tasty addition as well to any sandwich. To be honest, it was an ok sandwich. Not great but not bad. Fries were crispy as well. Came here a few days after opening and have been back 1-2 times since. Unfortunately, this place needs a lot of improvement. The food takes quite awhile to be prepared and prepped. It is sort of pricy in my opinion for the quality of food. The flavors aren't bad, the taste has been relatively consistent, but the burgers are greasy. Fries are decent. The place is pretty clean and quiet on the weekdays and I have no complaints regarding the service. Overall, this is an okay place to stop at for a bite to eat. Definitely give yourself some time though, your food might take awhile to make, even if it's a slow day! read more

What a wonderful addition to Spring Hill. I had a grilled Mahi Sandwich, my husband had a cheese burger and we shared cheese fries. Everything so fresh and the menu options are incredible. I have been to the Beef-a-Roo in Spring Hill and ordered the chopped chicken salad four times. Only one time has it been prepared properly. One time they put tomatoes on it after I said no tomatoes and I'm allergic. The next time they put fried chicken on it instead of grilled chicken as ordered. One time it was perfect.. yay! Tonight I ordered it and just got home. It's missing blue cheese, tortellini and croutons. Somebody decided to throw tortilla strips on top instead. Huge disappointment. I would not recommend going there. Four tries is enough. I also emailed their customer service and they never responded. Big bummer because we were really excited to have this new restaurant in town! The first time I went today to Beef a roo it is a Glorified Arby's roast beef and cheddar. I was hoping it was a step above.

What a great menu, it has something for everyone. Food was fantastic. Everyone was friendly.
