The burger was almost flavorless and seemed to lack any seasoning, crispy onions were few and not crispy. The fries were average, and the side dressing was not in the bag. One thing I did not realize was their burgers are smashed the pictures on the website showed what looked like thicker patties similar to FiveGuys. This is neither good or bad but felt like an inconsistency to me. The meal was relatively cheap about $13 in total but that's not enough for me to make a second visit.

Very small wings, and not crispy, but decent tenderness and moisture. -- Smokin' Chipotle Buffalo: I wasn't sure if these would taste more like chipotle or Buffalo. Fortunately, it was the latter. Less fortunately, a very light application of sauce, and similarly not crispy, but noticeably larger, especially the drums. Inner texture slightly moist. There's plenty to return for, and I've had some good experiences at their Millbury location in the past, so I'll be back. But for now, can't go higher than a 3.

Was told that they can't give takeout orders as that temperature cause they continue to cook in the container.....the container is the burger wrapped in foil in a paper box..never heard that from ANY restaurant so they must have unique patties..-anyway..got that burger and it was a hockey puck and for $25 come on at least give it the temp I request instead of a culinary abomination for the price. First off the patties (as others complained re: the beef ones) are so tiny and thin and I usually don't like the toppings on the new one but this burger was so small and sad and lacking ANY toppings so I ate it cause it was basically a tuna steak on a soggy bun with like 10 shaved carrot slaw pieces. Ugh. I will not be returning the prices are oof for what you get. My meal should have been like $14 max. It was $21.
