These guys were amazing. I needed a last minute oil change and needed it done fast due to a set time for someone to pick up my car and ship it up north. I called and asked 1) how soon they could get me in ("Right now") and 2) how long would it take "About 45 minutes") 3) how much would it be ("$80", which was $50 less than Jiffy Lube). The service center is super nice. It has a clean, comfortable waiting room with plenty of chairs, bathrooms and a little snack area with free snacks, cold drinks and Nescafe coffee machine. True to their word, they had me in and out of there in 45 minutes (maybe less) and there were no surprise charges at the end that I always seem to get at Jiffy Lube (disposal fee, environmental fee, etc) - it was already included in the quote they gave me on the phone. This shop truly is a gem and Jusus is the man. Brought my Porsche in for 2 new back tires and alignment. They ordered the tires for me and called me as soon as they got there. We had a small problem with wheel locks from previous owners but they came up with a solution and saved me time looking for the key for the wheel. The best part is after they changed my tires they had started my alignment. After about 10 minutes they called me over and showed me on the computer that the car alignment was perfect and not needed. He then refunded me the cost of the alignment. 95% of the shops would have just said nothing and charged me. If you want good prices and honest shop make sure you shop here. Had some tires, TPMS and brake pads replaced there. They were pretty quick and very easy to talk to. The price they quoted me on the phone was pretty accurate to when I showed up physically. I knew 1 of my TPMS sensors was bad but I told them I didn't know which was bad and to check if all of them needed changed. I wanted to test if they would mention it to me or simply just sell me all 4 new TPMS I didn't technically need. They quoted me all 4 initially as worst case scenario but mid-service the guy called me out and showed me on his handheld that 1 of them is bad and the others ones were working perfectly fine. He explained thoroughly my options and how I could do all 4, but if I wanted to save some money I could simply do the 1 TPMS knowing the other 3 will go out sooner. They passed my test and I really appreciated the explanation and the transparency and the fact they gave me all my option, and gave me pros and cons to both. I have gone once more since getting all those services done and will continue doing so, I trust these guys and recommend them. A+ read more
