They completed the work very quickly and we were very happy with how it looked. We did a test drive around the block and it was rattling a little bit due to how those parts move around, so we went back in to show Victor and he validated the noise right away and put it right back on the lift to fix it. He even told us the previous mechanic forgot to attach an exhaust hangar when replacing the converter and offered to take care of that for us. I am currently nearly 5,000 miles short of the next 10,000-mile interval, yet I'm being told the coverage has expired due to time. That is both surprising and frustrating. Offering me a "discount" on the second service does not address the core issue, which is lack of transparency. I will pay full price if necessary, not with you. I already have some reservations with this place because of their owners questionable political leanings (feel free to google him), but the thing that kept me in the contract was the service work that they did. That ended today. I came in and somehow left with over $400 in charges to fix up my car. While this might be small potatoes to most, I do have a service contract. On top of that, they charge for "shop supplies" and have a 3% credit card fee. I asked them to explain "shop supplies" and they really couldn't. Since I had to get to work and didn't want to argue over $38, I accepted it this time. They used to be really hands on with the customers and really walk them through the process so that everybody felt valued. I saw the Rep once when I walked in and she just went through the motions. No more updates, texts, anything. From now on, I will be bringing my car in for oil changes only. I will not be spending another cent more. If the will refund me the remaining part of my contract, I will go to the Toyota dealership a little closer to my house that is not part of this group.

When I got there, the U-Haul was in the parking lot and Ogden Automotive Center was closed (as expected). However, when I opened the app, it let me know that Ogden Automotive Center had not left any instructions at all on how to pick up the keys to the truck. After contacting U-Haul customer support, they let me know that there was nothing they could do to get me a truck from this location. It was an expensive, hours long process to find a new truck for my move that day. Would not recommend this store to anyone
