I was reluctant of starting my baby in gymnastics at such an early age. After going a few months now I'm glad to see she looks forward to going every time. She loves the music they play and dances to the beat. After a warm up the coaches set up different areas or obstacles and my baby loves it. We let her be dependent and she controls where she goes and when. She's learned to trust the coaches and they offer feedback on what they accomplish at their areas. The kids had a great time. The place has a mini playground, rock climbing wall, trampoline, ball pit, swings, slides, basketball hoop, gymnastic mats, parallel bars, zip line, and others. We love My Gym! We've been going for 6 months or so. My three year old daughter so looks forward to it every week, it's her favorite day. All the coaches are very attentive, creative and communicate well with the kiddos. They've given me so many fun ideas to do at home! And it's a great way to make sure my girl is getting enough exercise and socialization. She's super proud of herself for learning new skills. As a stay at home mom, I love being able to meet other parents with kids my daughters age also. The facility is always clean and safe. I feel comfortable leaving to go run errands, I know the coaches genuinely love the kids. We've always had positive experiences in every aspect. Love MyGym! We started taking my son at 8 months old, he's now 14 months, and we love our weekly classes. I was referred to MyGym by a mom who sat beside me on the phone from Colorado to Jax! Classes are made up of kids in the same age group. So my son started in the Tykes group. Since we take him to Sunday's the class is mixed Tykes/Waddlers. So it was great to start him in a mixed class, plus I work FT so the tykes only class were during midweek times. Classes have structure which we love. Opening class song, stretches (yes they stretch! So cute), dance song, a skill for parents to learn with their child, play time, stations for activities, separation time (for the tykes), story time, and end the class with a song and 3 hip hip horrays!! I absolutely love the structure and how the kids get active. It also helps kids develop their social skills. The coaches are amazing!!! They're interact with the kids, helpful towards the parents, and exhibit so much energy and interests towards the kids. Overall it is a great extracurricular activity for my son and for us as parents. read more

My daughter had her 3rd birthday party at My Gym a few months ago and she had a wonderful time. The party leader, Natalya, was great. What I appreciated most was how she went with the flow... at times, my daughter would not want to do the planned activity, and Natalya would move right along, working around it. I used to work for another company that did kid parties and this was way better. The energy, timeliness and professionalism of the team made the afternoon effortless. The only thing I would change is that the cake felt a little rushed at the end. Overall, everyone had fun and it was a really nice day. read more

Rude staff!! In December 2021 I purchased a package for 8 month's membership for my gym for my child which was paid for the entire amount up front with the Last month would be August. At the time I asked if I would get email confirmation going forward for charges and she said yes. The confirmation email just states the amount and not that I would be billed after that. In august there was a hurricane which caused us to move unexpectedly so I wasn't paying much attention at that time to my credit card. They were billing me even though we no longer attended the classes and I am never have been back after august per my understanding of what I purchased. I called the location on San Jose blvd and spoke to Mike Rifer who claimed to be owner and I explained all of this. He would not let me finish any sentence and was talking/yelling over me in a manner that was unprofessional and surprised be seeing as he works near kids. I wanted a reason to why they wouldn't send an email saying they would start billing me since I paid ahead for something back in January. He just argued it was in the agreement from nearly a year ago and so I stated I didn't want to argue please cancel, he said to come in person or send a certified letter which seems crazy to me that I need the charges to stop and have to go through so many hoops, he again was rude and I asked for his name and he said Mike, I asked for last name and how to spell it and he said "however you want to", it a very rude manner. I really can't believe I've paid a company so much money and was disrespected like this. If you purchase just make sure you know you will have to a lot of work to cancel. read more

I love the concept of this type of gym for kids! The staff was really friendly and clearly loved their job. My only complaint was the music. It was so loud I could barely speak to one of the other moms. The other issue I had with it was that it was adult club music with a lot of sexual innuendo. One of the songs actually sang the word sex. I don't let my son (who is not even 2) listen to that type of music and I don't understand why music more kid friendly can't be played. I would not take my kids here solely for this reason. Pandora or any other streaming station has music designed for little ones that can be played at a normal level. Other than that I think it's great. read more

Mygym is amazing! I have sent all three of my kids to this location and they all absolutely loved it. All the staff members are amazing. They are friendly and knowegeable. Coach Natalia, coach Spring, and coach Amanda have worked with my family over the years to provide a fantastic Mygym experience. They also help me freeze my account each summer when we vacation to make sure that we aren't paying for the time we are gone. We love our Mygym family! read more

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! The coaches are phenomenal. They have sometimes 4 coaches on the gym floor at the same time to give the children the attention they deserve. It's a month to month program. I have 3 kids. Anytime we have needed to cancel or hold our membership it has NEVER been an issue. I go into class give them notice & bam its done!!! My kids have so much fun!!! My husband loves that they play with purpose. read more

My daughter has taken classes here on and off for the past several years. We have found all of the instructors to be very nice and good with kids. The gym is large and there is a nice variety of things to do. My daughter was most recently in the Mighty Mites class and though she has displayed no special tumbling talents, she is learning fast. The most important thing is that she always has a good time. A couple of other highlights are the gym's camps, which my daughter enjoys. She's usually a smiling, sweaty mess when I pick her up, which is great. They also have Birthday Parties, we've attended a couple but haven't booked ours yet. I especially like the fact that they do everything from set up to clean up. My only complaint would be that the lobby is sometimes overly-full, but the instructors move the kids and parents around quickly so everyone remains safe. If you have kids, it's a must try, they'll love it. read more

It's perfect for children in Florida since it's either too hot to go out or pouring outside. I can't do monthly membership since she's not here all the time.. The staff is great and there are tons of things for the kiddos to climb on and explore. Every week the room is rearranged so they don't get bored. The activities are grouped in age appropriate classes. The only issue I have is the loud music. At times it is so loud you can't hear the coaches when they are instructing the children to touch their nose or stretch out their arms etc... Our daughter was scared the first couple of times and I think it had to do with the loud music. read more

Where do I start?! I absolutely love bringing my little one here and I'll tell you why: Firstly, the staff is well educated. They aren't just a bunch of people who are there for the paycheck. They know what they're doing and they do it well and with enthusiasm. I have no idea how they do it but they remember everyone's names and always seem to be excited to see us come through the door. Feels like family! Secondly, I really like how they have activities for the kids based on where they are at cognitively as well as physically. It's not just about running around, they help teach sharing, picking up, socialization, music, dancing and probably a lot more that I don't even realize. I've really enjoyed getting to know all of the staff there and I learn a lot from them. I even continue using the stretches and practice skills that they show us in class when we are home. This place has been so supportive of me as a mother and a new business owner. I could go on and on about how much I love this place but to sum it up I'll say this: do yourself a favor and check out a free class. Watch as your child becomes stronger, more confident and able to use the skills learned in class. I mean, my 18 month old can climb a rock wall! It's just an awesome place and I love it! My daughter loves this place! If you sign up during your free trial class it's a much better price. Let them know if you're military because they offer something for that as well. The kids get a work out without even knowing! They teach them about different muscles and to be healthy and fit. It's not just playing. They put a lot of work in to make every day something fun! We've had to do a make up class once already and it was very simple. We found availability fast and it fit my schedule perfectly. They are very kind and helpful. Just let them know what works best for you and they will find the perfect class for your child and day of the week. Also, their prices are reasonable for what is offered. read more

This place is not about gymnastics - it's about signing people up and getting their credit card on file. Do not trust them - they will not keep their word and will refer to fine print in the contract. My wife went to check it out and they talked her into signing a contract with the verbal assurance that if I didn't agree they would just tear up the paperwork. After discussing it, she and I agreed that we had other priorities for our daughter and so she was going to call them the following day and let them know. Before she called, they took the money out of our account. We called and couldn't even get someone on the phone, at first. When we did get someone on the phone they were clearly reciting scripts they'd been trained to use. The experience was infuriating. They refused to refund the money over the phone and said if my wife came in and signed a paper they would do so. We went to the gym so she could sign the paper and they refused to refund the money. Then, if you can believe this, they began trying to sell her another membership with fewer days, and actually said to her "you look like you could use a hug." All I can say is that the $123 these people stole from us won't come close to the value of the negative advertising I intend to give them at any chance I get. These people are grifters and should be identified as such. Do yourself a favor - choose a locally owned gym where you can look the owner in the eye and know they have a reputation in the community to protect. If you live in the Beaches / Intracoastal West area there are many to choose from. read more

The classes are great! The administration is a fail. We are a military family and what we liked about My Gym was that we were told that if we moved we can simply cancel Mia and transfer her to a new My Gym anywhere in the country. This is incorrect. Since the My Gyms are franchises it is up to them to take you or make you pay a new registration fee. I was never advised of this. Further more the exit process is a nightmare. We have been dealing with this since November of 2015. Paperwork lost and time spent. I had to send a certified letter in order for them to stop billing me because they supposedly never got the 3 letters that I sent before. I was told that I wasn't going to get charged for April of 2016 and I still got charged. I am still waiting for a phone call from the owner since April of 2016. A month an a half and still no phone call. I won't be recommending them to anyone, especially military families. read more
