    Disgusting toilet

Very unclean. Nothing appeared to be cleaned in quite some time. The floors looked disgusting and when we left my kids socks were black! Dust everywhere! When we went to use the restroom the toilet had mold growing inside it. They had posters stating they used Clorox but it's highly unlikely. They need to hire a cleaning crew asap as current employees lazy hanging out in filth.

So listen! I had my daughters 4th birthday party there 3/4/23 and she had a blast! The kids and parents also had a blast. I was nervous from reading previous comments but again everyone has a different experience. The staff was amazing as well. They allowed me to assist them with setting the party up. Kiara the front desk assistant and our part host did the dang thing! Kept everything running smoothly! 10/10 I recommend for your part needs. You show up, they provide the food, they set up and clean up! You get a nice bang for your bucks!

Great rainy day activity (aka operation wear them out)! We were able to reserve a space and time online ahead of time so our wait to get in was less than 30 seconds. The room monitors are attentive and the equipment appears clean. The kids enjoy them, too! One of the pieces looks like American Ninja Warrior!

A great place for kids! My kid loves coming here. From the moment kids arrive the place is transformed into a high energy atmosphere that kids love. Music bubbles and bounce houses and slides are in each room. Pump it up isn't cheap though. They do not let you bring in your own food or drink - you have to buy it as part of a package. A 2 hour birthday party will cost you north of $340 and you are hustled from room to room as other parties are waiting for the space you are vacating. I mean - it's a genius business that costs a lot. While the kids are playing they take pictures and sell them to the parents. Apart from the obvious avariciousness of the whole thing..... kids love it. I don't think it is really a good value for what you get BUT they are professional and if you have the dough, your kid will have a kickass birthday party. I am taking one star off a five star review because of the value component - otherwise it's a winner.

We have been a patrons of pump it up for about 6 years and have never had a bad experience. We have attended numerous open bounce sessions and a few birthday parties, both of which have never disappointed. On our most recent visit, we attended a glow in the dark birthday party and it was a blast! The jump rooms were set up with black lights, music, and they gave the kiddos glow necklaces. It honestly left me thinking that they really should let adults have their birthday parties at pump it up. They have two rooms set up with multiple bouncys including slides, basketball hoops, an obstacle course, a jousting jumpy, a flying balloon room, and a dodgeball arena. The only downside I see to pump it up is that the entrance area is stocked with candy and junk toys that lures the children like ants to a picnic. Overall, if you are a mommy who needs a break and wants your kiddos to sleep like babies since they have jumped all of their energy out, I would definitely recommend loading up the kids and taking them to pump it up. Your sanity may depend on it ladies!

Good place to take kids 3 and up. Inflatable bounce houses and slides. The kids had a good time. It's a good rainy day activity.

The kids loved all of the bouncy houses/slides and the employees made sure everything from the party room to the activities were ready.

Tickets can be purchased on Eventbrite, are only $25 and come out to $28.16 per person with the processing fee added. Once registered, the owner sends a long list of parking instructions and dos and don'ts regarding what to and not to bring to keep her animals safe. I'm so glad I followed directions and didn't wear earrings because sure enough one of the goats nibbled at my ear. All of the goats were so friendly and happy to be joining the yoga class. We did the yoga part which was led by an instructor but we really came to hang out with the goats. The entire experience lasts 1 1/2 hours. The first 30 minutes is parking, signing a waiver and then getting an introduction to the property and animals there. Then yoga lasts for about 50 minutes and there is time at the end to feeds the goats. You can tell the owner is really passionate about all of her animals. She recently nursed a premature baby goat back to health and keeps her in a sweater because she has issues regulating her body temperature. This is in addition to bottle feeding her and letting her sleep in her home to make sure she's strong enough to live outside. The baby goats were so cute! It was a really cool experience and the farm is complete with a couple cats, chickens, and a pony. Highly recommend this awesome experience if you love animals and trying new things!

However as we now enter our child's third year at the school with numerous staff and leadership turnover we utilize this school more out of convenience than personal choice. There have been several instances of miscommunication from leadership with our family. Even more concerning, is the notable leadership turnover in such a short period of time. Unfortunately there is not a standard practice in place for routine class transitions which allow children of the same age an equal opportunity to access all learning tools which the school prides itself on. It's extremely disappointing to see such obvious stagnation and regression in our child's classroom engagement and learning for what appears to be the sake of appeasing incoming families on waitlists or special circumstances. I do hope moving forward the school is able to put in place more concrete class groupings so that all children are afforded an equal opportunity to engage and excel in their pivotal early learning years with the developmentally appropriate materials and tools the school has to offer.

The aggression stems from them not knowing how to use their words. He had behavioral therapists there with him everyday and he was only at this school for four days before they kicked out a special needs child! A normal non special needs child takes a week to transition to a new place....a child on the spectrum takes at least two weeks maybe three. The owner did not allow that. The teachers have no training on how to handle and teach a child on the spectrum at all. The owner also LIED and said the behavioral therapists sat and let my son hit and kick the teacher and they ignored it. TOTAL LIES!! I have the proof from the notes that they have to put in every week from the sessions. So the owner lied to me, the teacher lied also. I called the ADA and was told what they did violated the ADA act and to file a complaint. I have filed a complaint with the ADA. This place needs to be shut down for good. They are horrible. They also wanna charge almost $1200 a month you have to pay on the 1st of every month and they don't provide lunch, you have to provide lunch for your child and they wanna charge that much. Basically a daycare for rich snobby people!
