Our art experience included all the necessary art supplies and the privilege being guided through the creative process by our awesome art instructor, Mia. Mia was knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. She spent time with each one of us, explaining techniques and offering tips and motivation. The Affluent Concierge provided a unique and delightful experience, with great attention to detail and heartwarming personal touches. I wish I would have researched this place for my daughter's first birthday! They have all sorts of toys including various sets from the lovery company. There are gross motor, fine motor, sensory toys, just about anything you can think of. To top it all off, they also have a Cafe. So there's coffee which I really needed that morning and sandwiches as well. I ordered an iced vanilla latte and a bacon, egg and cheese crossaint. At first I wasn't going to order a sandwich but someone else ordered before me and the host had the building smelling delicious from the food. The sandwich was perfect especially with her using real eggs to cook. There is also a seperate area where the birthday party can be set up so you can sing in a seperate room away from all the toys.

It was very nice ,they had a small table for the birthday kids and it was only opened for the guest of the party. I was unsure to bring my five year old but to my surprise they had a big kid game area too! Staff was very nice and accommodating. While my daughter played I ordered a breakfast sandwich,served on a croissant with bacon,egg and cheese. It was so delicious! I also ordered an ice coffee. The area is gated so you can let your children play while you enjoy your breakfast and coffee at the table. I have been before not in a birthday setting and I've seen parents have their laptops, so it's a nice place to bring your children if you have work to catch up on while they can play.

I learned I'm very good at cornhole, exceptional at throwing hatchet and can't shoot pool to save my life. But nobody beats me at ping pong!!!! FROM A PROFESSIONAL PERSPECTIVE: So basically, this was a team building exercise by corporate to fuse together a diverse crowd from different counties. The facility itself is a great idea for group events. For us, bringing a variety of personal from assorted assignments together in a relaxed atmosphere for mind mapping purposes did yield a few useful ideas. Mostly it educated. We found that we still hung on to traditional gaming match-ups such as: Tim and Lisa vs. Stephanie and Greg. We quickly learned that Greg is useless at cornhole but excels at axe throwing. Lisa was the opposite. It's all Learning. Steven can't drink enough to keep up with Diana; Tim can shoot stick, Stephanie is the best dancer of anyone in the building. These morsels are telling and provide valuable data. We persevered by focusing our strengths on various problems in the equation. Now, the Ideation storm did lead the way to an avalanche of potential plans and schemes. It also worked to solve existing production issues. The singers, musicians, dancers and specialty acts were beyond amazing. As someone who was a bride at the Glass Factory, and PAID money to be a bride at this horribly run…read morevenue...it is ridiculous that my review was taken down on Google because I'm trying to warn other brides by sharing my own experience. Such a RED FLAG! Before we signed our contract, it was Clay who was the venue manager at the time and he was incredible. Six months prior, I reached out with a question then was shared that Andrea was the new venue manager. Two months before the wedding Andrea had such poor communication and there were changes with the venue offerings that were not shared with me until I asked for certain furniture but found they didn't offer those items any more. Such another huge red flag on your end as a venue to not even reach out to me to discuss or apologize for your horrible venue manager, Andrea, for her behavior DURING my wedding at The Glass Factory. Within minutes of leaving the ceremony with my husband Andrea barges into the room about a problem with one of my guests. Andrea shared that my guest was unhappy that she was not let in for the ceremony when I in fact instructed all vendors to allow entry for guests during my ceremony but to leave them in the back inside of the venue near the entry door. My family friend missed the ENTIRE ceremony and Andrea was so loud and disruptive during my first alone time with my husband. RED FLAGS. I asked Andrea for her to apologize to my guest and she said no. My husband had to tell her she needed to leave the room because she was causing me so much anxiety and I was on the brink of tears because she was stressing me out so much. Attached you'll find information sent from my coordinator to all vendors which included Andrea the venue manager for the Glass Factory in Jacksonville, FL. My wedding was in early March and the venue was fairly warm as well. Very unique venue but if I could do my wedding all over again, I wish I could have chosen a different venue due to my experience with Andrea and The Glass Factory. I beg you to never get married here!!!!
