Stop by to grab 3 cookie slices before leaving the mall. There was only 1 heart shaped frosted cookie and 1 frosted cookie slice available. I ask the lady assisting me if they had slices in the back they could decorate. She asked the other lady working and she shook her head yes. The lady assisting me told her yes I would like another slice. After boxing the items in the case I was moved down to check out while the other lady handled cutting the slice. Once completed the lady assisting me bagged up my order. I've never had issues at the location and didn't think I would need to double check the cookie. Once I got home roughly 2 hours later un-bagged my cookies to find a plain cookie slice (no frosting) I called the number on my receipt and spoke to the manger. I explained the situation and the response was "I don't understand what was wrong with the cookie? Did you ask for it to be decorated?" I told her the situation again and she stated "that's odd I think there was miscommunication. They didn't understand you wanted it decorated." You're correct odd to not decorate the cookie, and charge me for a frosted cookie sliced cookie. I try not to be a Karen as I've worked in the restaurant field before. I know mistakes happen and both lady's assisting me was polite, but the manager not understanding how a unfrosted cookie was a problem after paying $5 for it, is just crazy to me. I was offered a replacement cookie if I wanted to return. I'm leaving it up to my daughters as it was their slice that got messed. I hope the girls don't get into trouble as yes I see it could of been a miscommunication, but in the end if I don't post a review it could happen to someone else. If you need a cookie slice made fresh, make sure you tell all employee involved and check the box.

If I am paying 5.99 for ONE piece of cookie cake i deserve to pick which piece I want to the girl at northpark mall who told me it didn't matter bc icing is icing. NO rude stupid teenage girl if I want the Christmas tree decorated one and I AM PAYING FOR IT THAT IS THE ONE I WILL GET you rude lil bi**h! Service here is horrible! But my son did like the cookie cake but we will not go back here!

Mrs. Fields has always been my go-to for custom cookies. They never disappoint and did a great job on these cookies. They're always good and the frosting is addictive. They only needed 24 hours in advance and each cookie at $7.99 a piece. Let me save you the time and tell you that Mrs. Fields was the more affordable places I called within the surrounding zip codes.

    Damn xpensive kookies !

I started with the croque monsieur, and it was exactly what I was craving. The cheese was perfectly melted and bubbly, and that hint of dill on top really pulled it all together. I also grabbed a slice of the lorraine quiche, which was incredibly savory with a crust that was so buttery and flaky it practically melted in my mouth. For dessert, the chocolate kouign-amann was a total standout, super crispy on the outside with those rich, sweet layers inside. I paired it with an iced chai latte, which was perfectly spiced and not overly sweet. They have a small outdoor seating section that is perfect for catching some fresh air while you eat. The whole experience felt so authentic and high-quality. I am already looking forward to my next visit!

They have a few tables and chairs inside and outside for sitting. The tarts are amazing and definitely recommend you take one to go. The croissants are delicious, buttery, and flaky. The coffee is a nice addition but, the main attraction is the bakery! The bakery is in the Bishop Arts area so, you can find some free parking depending on when you visit. On the weekends, the line will move fast so, don't be afraid to wait.

Missing French pastries after my trip to France Came here and tried Mango matcha iced drink was okay. Hard to eat mango slices with ice in the way Banana bread was amazing - caramelized on the top with banana and inside. Moist and full of flavor in every bite (would get again) Coconut passion fruit cake slice - delicious and full of passionfruit flavor which is hard to find (would get again) Apple monkey bread - great with syrup but not as apple-heavy flavor as I'd like it. I headed over and this was the first time since the expansion I had seen the updates. It was amazing to see in person. I ordered the lunch special and had the option to pick between caesar salad or mixed greens and I chose mixed greens. The soup of the day was tomato bisque. The sandwich options were tuna or chicken pesto and I went with tuna. While I waited for me to go I also got a sweet treat. I got the oatmeal cookie. Everything was so yummy and perfect amount of food. The salad came with a dressing on the side which I think was olive oil and lemon?

This time it was so fresh and flavorful and not too moist, crust wasn't tough - it was delicious!! So sad that I didn't remember to take a photo before I gobbled it up! My bestie ordered a blueberry muffin, then later a croissant sandwich. I didn't try them, but she loved them both. I ordered a latte and it was so good that I returned for another. We enjoyed our visit, people-watching and catching up. The place was very clean although small but most customers seemed regulars and just walked up with their dogs and/or kids and left, so mostly live close-by, it seemed. How nice to take a short stroll to retrieve a delicious treat. Can't wait to visit here again!

There was a huge assortment of danish, butterfly cookies, and a variety of other baked goods. We debated about which ones to buy and picked out our favorites. They were delicious and freshly made. Service was great and they were very patient as we tried to make up our mind on which pastries we were going to buy. Prices were average for what you would expect for a homemade pastry shop. The shop had a comfy feel with cute tables and posters on the wall. We would definitely go back for more baked goods.Yum!
