I've been going to the Cookie Society since they only had one location, and it has continued to impress me over the years. I'm not certain I've ever had a superior cookie in any restaurants, and certainly not at any cookie store or bakery competitor. The decision to have monthly cookies means you frequently have new flavors to try, which keeps the experience fresh and brings me back in multiple times each month. Beyond that, the customer service is almost always excellent as well. Whenever Mrs. Bonnie is working it's especially good, she always asks about my day and what's going on in my life with a big smile. It honestly feels more like catching up with a friend than picking up a sugary treat. I'd recommend Cookie Society to anyone, even beyond just a neighborhood treat, but something that is worth a small trip for. It's a surprisingly tasty little store! read more

I stopped by to try the new RED VELVET cookie. The presentation was great, but the cookie flavor was disappointing. It tasted nothing like red velvet. The color was amazing, but flavor fell flat. I always come here when I want my sweet tooth satisfied. There were new flavors and I picked up a creme brulee and a chocolate silk pie cookie. The chocolate silk pie is filled with chocolate pudding, has some oreo bits and is a decadent chocolate dessert. I think any chocolate lover would enjoy it. I loved the moments of saltiness in the cookie which I'm sure was intentional to cut the sweetness. The creme brulee was pretty sweet but unique. This is my first time at this place and I really liked their cookies! The black velvet had a great chocolate flavor and it paired perfectly with some vanilla ice cream. Anytime there is an opportunity for me to go to Cookie Society I am there! I love this location, friendly staff, clean, and quick for a pickup. I got to try one of their new menu flavors today. They are hitting you with the Halloween theme: Snickers, Twix, Black Velvet and a Salted Caramel one. I love the salted caramel cookie but had to go for the Twix this go around, it's one of my favorite candies. It's made of the salted caramel, on top of a short bread cookie to give you that same Twix like taste! I haven't tried it yet, but already know it's about to be delicious! We (my family) decided that we wanted something sweet before calling it a night. Cookies from the Cookie Society-Addison is what we all agreed on. Once entering the doors. We saw the very little amount of cookies that were left for the night (before closing) I'm guessing. There were two people in front of me and just TWO CHOCOLATE BROWNIE COOKIES on the tray. I was thankful that the female only chose one. I knabbed the other one. My daughter wanted a brownie but they were all sold out. It was people coming in and out as if they were selling lottery tickets here. I'm glad since this is now a BOB business it's flourishing. I'll definitely return, hopefully for the summer they'll get a few umbrellas, tables, and chairs outside. Maybe there's not enough room for all my crazy ideas. A Cookie Lover can dream right? The staff is so friendly here, and the interior here is very cute and inviting. There isn't any seating here but you can stand around a table if you really want to eat it in store. I got the banana pudding and salted caramel cookie. I liked the flavor of the banana pudding which wasn't overpowering, and the chewy caramel inside the salted caramel cookie. Both these cookies were very sweet though, it was too sweet for me. I also tried warming them up, and it was a bad idea. I couldn't pick up my cookies after they were warmed because they were just falling apart like uncooked batter. The texture is chewy and soft when room temp but once heated up it starts to look undercooked and taste overbearingly sweet. I still want to return someday to taste the butter cake and cinnamon roll cookies since those were sold out when I came. Maybe I'll like those better. :) read more

I am a cookie fan much like Cookie Monster, so I had to try this place once I heard the name. I went in and got a 2pk, 1 classic chocolate chip and 1 M&M cookie. The price was very fair compared to other places. The girl behind the counter was so sweet and helpful. I wish I remembered her name.
