I've been coming to Pania's Lash Bar for several months now, and I've gone to so many lash places…read morebefore this... but once I found Pania's, I literally stopped looking anywhere else. When I first walked in, I was honestly shocked (in the best way). Most places I've been to are small, single-person studios, but this is a full-on salon and it's so beautiful. There's pink everywhere, Bath & Body Works products throughout (even in the restroom for you to use), a lash washing station, and they'll even offer you a blanket if you're cold. They always have good music playing (not awkwardly quiet, which I love), and the whole place is super clean and smells amazing. Customer service is always excellent. Every lash artist is so sweet, and if you show them an inspo pic, they'll literally recreate it exactly. My lashes always come out beautiful, and I never deal with irritation like I have at other places (no itchy or puffy eyes at all). Booking is also so easy since it's all online--you can book, reschedule, or cancel super quickly, and they have options for 1-3 week fills which I love. Another thing I really appreciate is how fast and on-time they are. I cannot stand laying there for 2+ hours with my eyes closed, and here I'm usually in and out in about an hour to an hour fifteen for a full set (maybe a little longer if I go extra), and fills are usually under an hour. They are so on it--if your appointment is at a certain time, you're getting started at that time and finishing on time too. It makes it so easy to plan my day. I wanted to share this set Anna did because I'm literally obsessed with it. She always listens to exactly what I want and delivers every time (and she smells good too lol). I also want to shout out Claudia because she's amazing as well. Honestly, from what I've seen, everyone there is talented--you really can't go wrong. Also, my first time coming in, they gave me a lash wash and brush as a complimentary gift, which was such a sweet touch. Overall, I 100% recommend Pania's if you're looking for a new lash place. My skin felt incredible afterward, so refreshed, smooth, and glowing. She also did my eyebrows, and I've never loved their shape more. She's precise, gentle, and truly knows what she's doing. She does my lashes exactly how I want them and knows what I need for my eye shape. I don't like crazy volume even though she can do that too and I go for the hybrid package. They look great always and I can go like 3 weeks almost without getting a full and she also offers an express fill in case you need a pick me up! She works out of a cute studio area and it's super peaceful and serene and honestly best lashes I've gotten. I used to go to other people before but they just ended up looking fake or I'd always have a problem with the glue or not liking them. After a week, almost 50% of her extensions fell out on one eye. This was disappointing because both my mom and I have been getting lash extensions for several years and usually after one week, 2-3 extensions might fall out but not usually half of the lashes. So in attempt to try and resolve this issue my mom went in person and gave Tina another chance which was a complete waste of time. Tina didn't take any accountability for her work but instead treated my mom with disrespect and blame. With attitude Tina said her lashes didn't last because her skin was oily, that she must've rubbed her eye while she was sleeping, that my moms eyelashes were short, Tina named every excuse in the book except for taking responsibility for her work. Tina was extremely defensive and did not maintain a level of professionalism when dealing with my mom. Tina dismissed her at the shop and told her to,"Go where the lash extensions last for two weeks". There was no attempt to make the customer happy, even just sticking a few lash hairs where it was missing and putting your pride aside would have solved the issue.. But instead, Tina kept insisting that my mom should pay for a new fill (after 8 days....? Really?) Needless to say, my mom is extremely disappointed with the service that she received from Tina. My mom also works in a service industry so she's further disappointed with the way Tina handled the situation. Lashes are not a cheap service so I highly recommend you choose a better, more qualified and respectful place to do your lashes.
