It was my first time coming here. Someone had recommended me to come here to do my hair, since my original hair stylist wasn't available on the day I needed my appointment. Luckily, I went here! I made an appointment with Kimberly to get a layered cut. Kimberly was an amazing person, and really explained what was best for me (my hair/style). I gave her a reference photo and she gave me recommendations on what would look better, and of course I took her advice because she knew what she was doing. She even gave me tips on how to take care of my hair, and how to style it. She is fun to talk to and a great hairstylist overall. The vibe in the whole salon felt very lively and friendly. I would definitely come back and get my hair done here. They also have different services, from nails, to facials, etc. I would love to try those out in the future as well. My service was wash, cut, and style for $75. I know nowadays everything is getting expensive, but this was the most worth it experience. Kimberly did an amazing job on giving me what I wanted! I feel truly confident in my hair and looks now because of her! I got many compliments and told everyone to go to this salon. I made an appointment with Michelle. I found her through Instagram, and knew I wanted to go to her for a hair cut. I hadn't been to a salon in over 6 years so I was definitely in need of a good hairstyle. She was patient with me to help me navigate what I wanted. She made sure I got the length I wanted while also making sure all my dry ends were gone. She was amazing and I am so happy with my hair. Here is why I would not return to this salon. It is illegal to price gouge! Appointment was for hair extensions installation: Hair needed new tape + clean up before installation Price quote was $265 $150 for installation - normal price $50 - hair cut - normal price $65 - for new tape on hair. Stylist name : Stephanie Appointment time: 1:30 pm To clean the hair took over one hour. After Stephanie did the extensions she changed the price on me and wanted to charge me $130 extra for installation. But after she saw and was cleaning the hair for an hour she randomly said okay it will be $130 more. " certain laws protect clients even when meeting supply and demand you can't price increase it's illegal." This is called price gouging. She knew before hand how much hair I had it was right in front of her obviously, she knew she was going to clean and apply new tap ins she bought them herself. She asked me length of hair on the phone she knew everything and just didn't want to DO the job and charge me more. I priced check twice to make sure it was going to be $265 only that's all I could pay and all I brought to appointment. The disrespect to do this to any client is not okay I did tell her she has the responsibility to see the hair and say right away this is too much I have to charge you more I rather her not have touched my hair or did the tapes + cleaning I was charged $140 for nothing no work at all it's very disappointing! read more

I sent a message to this stylist at this salon (new one for me), Michelle, with a page of hairstyle images I wanted to have my hair cut in a similar style. I came to the appt with the same page and she never mentioned that she couldn't cut my hair in a similar style. while I couldn't see the back of my hair, I assumed she was cutting it correctly. I could only see what was going on in the front of my hair. Mind you I had a lot of length to work with and I was asking for a short bob style. This salon was one of the bestest salons ive ever been to in my life!!! The vibes were immaculate upon entrance, I was immediately greeted and asked if I had an appointment and i did. She immediately went to get my stylist Lilibeth and Lilibeth got right to it asking me what type of cut I wanted and then proceeded to wash my hair and left it feeling so soft after the wash. And the blow dry was very gentle unlike other salons that pull your hair out with every tug, she did an amazing job! Athena was great, I got the time of my appointment mixed up but she was still able to fit me in. I have really long hair, but I hadn't had a cut in a while so it was riddled in split ends. I wanted to get rid of all the damaged bits without sacrificing too much length all while changing it up a bit. Asked her what the best route was and ended up with some long layers and face framing pieces it turned out amazing and my hair feels so much healthier now. I have been a client of Lolo for quite some time now unfortunately my last visit didn't go well. I showed her pictures of the color i was looking for,if she knew i couldn't get to that color, she should of explained it to me or given me a breakdown of how many sessions I needed before achieving that color. Instead she told me she would need to bleach my hair so she can give me exactly what I want & proceeded to charge me an additional $115. At the end of the appointment I noticed my hair was still very red when i was told bleaching it would get to the brown i wanted but she said to give it a week or so. I reached out about 2 weeks later to inform her my hair was now turning orange and she said she can squeeze me in to tone my hair at no charge. I responded with a date and since then she's ghosted me. I spent $300 for my hair to look orange, dry and with a lot of split ends (she also did a hair cut). I'm very disappointed and would not be coming here again. read more
