This is a cute healthy food cafe located in central Plantation in a strip shopping center. There is plenty of parking and the café is easy to find from the parking lot. Inside there are some café tables to sit at while the food is being prepared. They have a cold cabinet with pre made pressed juices and some bakery goods on the counter. The menu is vegetarian but very creative in the options. The ladies behind the counter were pleasant and were happy to educate me on what is in their sandwiches and bowls. The portion size to price is reasonable because the fruits and vegetables were all so fresh. I will definitely be back soon. read more

This is the very first time I've been able to actually get my açaí mix blended fresh before my eyes and to my liking. Most açaí places only offer their premixed blend and those are good too. Actually most of them are delicious. The problem is...if you're diabetic, or pre diabetic, those blends have too much sugar. Açaí berry is not naturally sweet and all the sugar and honey etc alongside the fruit which has its own natural sugar, it defeats the purpose of having açaí (which an help regulate blood sugar in its natural form). This morning I went to Swami and yes, they have they pre mixed blends which has strawberry, banana, almond milk, blueberries, coconut water granola and honey. However, the sweet young lady told me she could make me one with only strawberries and blueberries (diabetic friendly fruit) and I was ecstatic! I wish more people offered a fresh version and custom for individuals like me. Furthermore, it was $12 and change!!! I was able to eat and enjoy a guilt free açaí bowl FINALLY!!! I LOVE this place. And here's why: I've walked 0.8 2x just because I love the food here. I was craving a cold pressed juice- so I got the Mountain Doo. Which tastes like pineapple juice mixed with greens. The Hang 10 has a natural sweetness to it. It has a creamy base and the peanut butter pairs up so well with it. The staff is really nice. There's nothing even though good vibes everytime I come here. It's relatively healthy fast food. Usually there's not a long wait time. Maybe 20-30 min for food. It feels more like 10min. Love finding fresh pressed juices while I'm on the road. Stopped in for the first time to get some juice and they had many pre-made (but fresh) options. I wasn't able to go in, but my husband FaceTimed me at least over 10 options. I was looking for something green, but not "too" green and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable to help us pick the right fix for me. I went with the Aussie and it was satisfyingly refreshing. The parsley or kale wasn't overpowering, but the kiwi and pear was almost non existent for me. I mean again, if you live closer to Davie then stop by there --- it is not bad at all. :) Anyways, there are plenty of parking spots available -- Private Parking Lot As always wear mask before entering inside. The place is somewhat similar to the one in Davie. The menus are hand written so neatly, decors, punny signs, planters, like the one in Davie. The only difference I would say is, it is quite bigger inside-- more spacious. The lady at the register greeted me and then asked what I would like to get. The one in Davie, I had an Acai Bowl --- twas amazing. However, I wanted to try something different, so I went with their Paninis! I scanned quickly and went with: Caprese Panini ($8) ! - Pesto, Tomato, Mozzarella, Basil, & Balsamic Glaze You have the option to take it to-go or eat inside. I took my to-go. I did not seatbelt my food this time, instead I placed it down on my car floor -- LOL Once the lady at the register took my order, I decided to take pictures of the inside of the place. I even did some roaming around at the "On-the-go Snacks", that section was very well organized and designed differently --in a unique way. :) Despite one planter looking slightly sad (referring to the punny pic), most of the other plants look happy & healthy looking ! I enjoyed reading there punny signs they had placed on the tables-- they made me chuckle here and there. Finally, the lady handed me my food in a simple to go box while saying, "Have a great day!". Once I got home, it was still fresh and hot. I would get it again, because you taste everything! I especially loved the balsamic glaze inside :) Overall, the Experience, Food, Service was not bad at all :) I am looking forward to coming back here soon! If your a local you know that Jugo Fresh decided to randomly shut down their stores. You also know it was the best place to get a ginger, lemon, cayenne shot. Swami serves up similar shots with the ginger nice and potent unlike other local juiceries in the area. My favorite attribute about Swami is if you bring 4 bottles you get one free. The menu consists of cold pressed juices, booster shots, smoothies, acai bowls, flatbread breads, avocado toast and almond butter toast. They grow their own wheatgrass for wheatgrass shots and have a basic/small organic coffee menu. The cold pressed juices and shots are ready to go in their refrigerated cases. All the other menu items are made to order. The ladies working that day were friendly, helpful and informative. I don't mind eating healthy as long as it doesn't taste healthy and they helped me pick out a juice to suit my tastes. The "sweet treat" juice was delicious and refreshing. Loved it! The cold pressed juices come in 16oz. glass bottles and are $10. I found the price comparable and reasonable for the quality and quantity. They have a bottle return program (punch card, ask for one) where with every 10, 16oz. rinsed and returned swami glass bottle you get a free juice. They have a similar program for the booster shot glasses. For every 6, swami booster shot bottle rinsed and returned, get a free shot.
