As I drove from the parking garage to the circle to pick her up to go home, my front right tire went flat. We called roadside assistance through our insurance agency, and Cameron came to the rescue. My vehicle was a bit of a conundrum, as one lug on each of the front wheels is rounded, rather than beveled (as normal). He was able to plug the tire, and we made the 60 mile drive home safely. Rate was reasonable and because I had no idea what shop to car to the owner/operator offered me a flat rate to get it to a shop the following week. So happy he kept his word and responded within an hour to take the car to a local shop at the quoted rate, polite, courteous and customer friendly.
