Everyone has busy and stressful days, but taking a moment to listen to your customers goes a long way. Had they listened from the beginning instead of dismissing her concerns, the experience would have been much more positive. They agreed to help us, we showed up and they got the two tires fitted, balanced, and back to us within 10 minutes. Cheapest new tires in town, warranty included. Today I called around Oroville getting quotes for 4 new all terrain tires, they were the cheapest by nearly half the price of the other tire shops, including a 45,000 mile warranty. I had a question about the torque specs for the wheel lugs, and they happily found it for me as I'm doing a full set of brakes today as .
