All we needed was the tire looked at to see if theres a nail or scree in it. I have dealt with this issue with my tires many times a year,since moving out this way 9 years ago, soni have been to many many tire places to deal with this, and never once have to ever been told they won't help me, come back on a different date, or my PSI is fine, and not even check the tire. Well, all 3 of those happened here. Pulled up, said one tore keeps fluctuating between 26 to 30 PSI, and to please check if something has punctured the tire, and the child responded with asking where we bought the tires, as if that was relevant, then said a 28 PSI os fine. Then we said we'll, you're a tire shop, so can you please check the tire to confirm nothings in it, so we can then see if we need a new sensor, and he declined, and seriously told us that because a person was coming in soon with a car, he couldn't helpbus and to come a different date. After continuing to look, they finally found the nail, pulled it out, and it was clearly the source of the air leak. Everyone has busy and stressful days, but taking a moment to listen to your customers goes a long way. Had they listened from the beginning instead of dismissing her concerns, the experience would have been much more positive. Good customer service starts with treating customers respectfully and taking their concerns seriously.

The first time I went, my buddy needed two tires and it was a half hour until close when I called and said we could get there 15 minutes or so before closing. They agreed to help us, we showed up and they got the two tires fitted, balanced, and back to us within 10 minutes. Cheapest new tires in town, warranty included. Today I called around Oroville getting quotes for 4 new all terrain tires, they were the cheapest by nearly half the price of the other tire shops, including a 45,000 mile warranty. I had a question about the torque specs for the wheel lugs, and they happily found it for me as I'm doing a full set of brakes today as . I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a good quality tire or a full set on a budget for those of us who can't drop a grand on their tires.
