Despite giving them my credit card and the approximate date of purchase, they refused to look up the transaction. I had to go to a self-serve kiosk to retrieve the receipt. They could not repair the washer, informing me that the closest service center was in Sun Prairie, a one hour drive from Pewaukee. The refused to consider a return or exchange because I put gas in it. Of course I put gas in it. I tried to use it. Menard's you have lost by business forever. I will go to Elliot's Ace hardware on Capitol. Even if it costs a little more, their dedicated customer service makes it well worth the price.

This location of Menards is huge…read more It's two story with a cart escalator. I didn't even know such a thing existed. But, at good ol' Menards? It sure does. I have a love/hate relationship with most locations of Menards. The love: They have literally everything. Their stores are packed with anything you may need for any DIY project you're considering, whether it's an indoor plumbing project our an outdoor landscaping adventure--they've got everything you need. The hate part comes in with the same note--they are so large and have so much stock that it's always a bit hard to navigate. So, exemplary service comes in clutch. Unfortunately, in my opinion, that's where many locations of Menards falls short. Not so, at this location! We were on the hunt for something specific, enlisted the aid of a worker who walked us to the aisle and made sure we found what we needed. Hurray! Get to it!

Unfortunately, it is now April 2020 and they still have not sent anyone out or responded to my multiple attempts to reach them. This is a terribly run company and I would not suggest anyone to use their services (I have already let our whole new and upcoming subdivision know not to use them). Stay away from companies who don't care about the personal damage they cause to peoples properties. If this is any indication of what their customer service is like, I'd stay far away.

I tried following up multiple times - direct calls (that were unanswered, left VMs), emailed Robert after about a week, left a message with a receptionist - all to no avail. There was no response to any of my attempts. Writing this review after about 5 months (waited this long just to give them the benefit of the doubt). Very disappointed and will not be contacting them for anything again.

Our home build was endlessly being held up while waiting for products to be delivered, then they would show up incorrectly and the waiting process would start all over again. When the products would finally show up correctly it would look like they came from the scratch and dent department -- full price products with scratch and dent quality. It's incredibly upsetting to have your doors, cabinets, shelving, etc come with so many scratches, dings, dents, nicks, and gouges in them. We purchased a few of our doors ourselves (independent of WBS and our builder) through a reliable building supply company and they showed up perfectly and timely, so everything arriving late and like it fell off a truck is not industry standard.
