Our family started dropping like flies with the flu, less then 5 days from our upcoming trip to Disney World. I called Maryann this morning, on a national holiday nonetheless, and asked her if there was anyway we could bump the trip back several days to make sure we are all healthy for Disney. I figured this was gonna be next to impossible at this point, but Mare said she would make it happen. Over the next three hours (again, on the morning of a holiday!) Maryann had not only moved our Disney reservations back two days... at less then the original cost.... she also got the airfare switched to the same exact hours of our original flights, to match the new resort dates two days later.... at minimal extra cost. 5 days away from our trip!
