Thin Blue Line is a great travel service. I have booked trips to Las Vegas, Punta Cana, A Cruise & Aruba (several times) Maryann is the best. She will do everything possible to get the best rates and make everything go smoothly. Basically I feel as if she is giving my trip as much attention as if she were booking for herself and her own family. I've tried booking on various travel sites, but quite frankly they just frustrate me & I never know if I'm getting a good deal or not. I'd rather trust my vacation to someone who knows what they are doing and who will get it right. If you want a care free vacation try booking through The Thin Blue Line. We took an RMA shuttle from VA to DC (about 2 hours). On the highway, driving along, a large suitcase FLEW out the (open) hatchback and bounced away down the highway. We didn't know this, so the driver didn't stop. Turns out, he left the back door unlocked. A driver rescued the suitcase, which was brand new, and very pricey, but now ruined, squished, and useless. The owner and I (I'd booked the shuttle)--filed with RMA for a refund of the suitcase destroyed by the driver's mistake. We were ghosted, & ignored for days/weeks. Finally, I called someone at the company whom I heard had was politically adjacent in my home state of Massachusetts. He talked for at least an hour--mainly reminiscing about politicians we both knew in Mass. He agreed to refund the money. Surprise, he offered my colleague half the value of the item. But she was sick of dealing with the matter, and took the money. Avoid.

You call or even go to the agency to try and make payment with her she is never available. I now attempted to cancel. I sent this woman emails and called. I finally spoke with her after leaving a message with the agency answering service to cancel an be done with this agency. Here is it 2 weeks later and I have yet to receive a cancellation email or a refund. I have called her and sent another email and Julie has not responded. She is the absolute worst. I would not recommend her to anyone. My family member are still trying to contact her to payoff there trip and they have yet to get in contact with her. DONT USE THIS TRAVEL AGENT. SHE IS THE WORST.

I like the train, but the bus makes more sense if you live anywhere near any of its stops in the northern Baltimore suburbs. One note: the absence of the "bus counselor" (I think her name was Gloria) was a welcome omission. It's a more professional experience without the kitchiness. Doing away with the old Frank Sinatra song in the Lincoln Tunnel would be the next step toward professionalism, but I can tune it out mentally.
