Mike came highly recommended from the Chinese community which made me hesitate at first because honestly, my Chinese sucks. I tested the waters by writing him an (English) email requesting an itinerary for an upcoming multi-country trip, detailing my numerous travel preferences in an anal fashion. To my astonishment, it was only minutes before a reply appeared in my inbox. Within the email was a spectacular itinerary to which I love dearly and could not have put together so well myself in such small amount of time. A few minutes later another email followed with a few concerns over how I wanted to fly in to one side of a country and leave from my specified airport that's on the the opposite end of the same said country. (I had plans to take the train across the country but forgot to mention it in my initial email) Fantastic attention to details. A quick check over kayak and a few other sites tell me Mike's prices couldn't be beat and I was sold then and there. When recently I emailed Mike regarding my woes with the difficulty I was having getting a Chinese visa he was quick to offer advice.
