Don't waste your time trying to work through issues with them. They sound nice on the phone but there is no follow through or if they do it's not what was agreed on. Had two issues that were their fault and one took two weeks to resolve and the other I'm still waiting on a refund that's been promised and I have a text showing the promise. I offered to clean the slate since they couldn't resolve the issues (give me my money back, you get your machines back) but they wouldn't. They just keep making you call back a hundred times to try to resolve problems that they caused. They replaced the washer & dryer with another set after a couple weeks but it also had some cosmetic damage. I was too worn out to keep fighting them on it. Theres no one year warranty. They sneak the "warranty paperwork" in at the end of the sale without a signature, or explanation. It clearly specifies it's only a 30 day warranty, but it's called a "1 year warranty." You will have to be out of pocket after 30 days. Washer broke after two months... surprise! Worst company ever. Too bad there is no option for negative rating. People go to this place because they can't afford new. Then they take advantage of folks who can afford it the least. I bought a washer and dryer for my granddaughter who works hard but has 3 young kids and struggling financially. First they were supposed to deliver on 3/17. When I heard nothing from them by 4:30 I called them. They asked if there was any way they could deliver the next day. I agreed, only because they said they would be there by 8am. They didn't get there until 10, which caused me to miss an appointment. The washing machine did not work. I went there the next morning. "Pick out a new set, we'll swap it out". We will deliver tomorrow. Again a no show. Finally delivered again on Saturday 3/21. Seemed like it worked for 1 load, and then it stopped. Went back there Saturday night before they closed. The guy was literally sleeping at his desk. We had to wake him up. Took my info again, "someone will call you tomorrow morning between 9 and 10." Really? On a Sunday? Nope. No one called. Went back Monday morning. Spoke to owner's sister. She had me write everything down, and said someone would call me. I did get a call. The guy said he would be there later today to see if he could fix it. Again, no show, and no call to say he wouldn't make it. So I will go again this morning and do battle. bought a stackable washer dryer from them. they said they would detail clean it like new, and I could pick up in 3 days. I paid cash, when I went to pick it up, it was not at that store, had to go to there one, they didn't know what I was talking about, then I showed receipt. they pull out the washer and it was filthy. the then did a light cleaning. got it home and decided to run an empty load to clean it out. and all this crap came out and got stuck all over the drum. had to pull off agitator and the filter screen was all clogged and gross! A big fat Zero. First they sold me the wrong machine. I needed gas. They had to get me something different. Then they installed the fitting for the gas flow backwards. The fitting has a directional flow arrow. The machine they did deliver to me smelled of gas. It also was blowing lint all over the top of the machine. They ghosted me. After an appointment with the gas company and a reputable appliance repair company I am told they left the connector to the gas line loose causing a gas leak registered high on the meter. The blower in this rebuilt dryer has a bad blower in it. This would cost more to fix than I paid for the so called rebuilt dryer. What a rip off. I have to buy a new dryer anyway. Good business ethics and being able to retain repeat customers would make you think that, going outside of their "policy" and refunding you your money after having not one, but TWO defective products delivered to your home would be the right thing to do. Sadly, this crappy company does not have any business ethics what so ever, EXCEPT to steal your money. I thought I was doing the right thing by trying to help a small company, clearly I was wrong. They tout their "1 yr warranty" but you have to pay a $75 service fee every time they come out (which, in my case, is roughly 30(+)% of purchase price). I just bought mine in mid-June; only used it a handful of times (I live alone and don't work, so my dirty laundry is nominal and done every 2 wks or so) and it stopped working properly (i.e., it only "air dries" now). Since these are used dryers that will likely have more issues, you don't save any money buying a used one from this company b/c you'll likely have to pay recurring $75 charges...and that's just for a year. Buy a new one and get those companies' good warranties. I feel like such a sucker! Now I have to spend apx $400 for a new dryer which means I'll have forked out over $750 (they charged $100 for delivery/setup) on dryers in 3.5 months! read more

BUYER BEWARE - Ken the owner posted on FB Marketplace fridges for $150. He posted like 6 pictures of fridges that when I was in the store didn't even have to offer. He said the one in the pic wasn't as good as the one he wanted to show us. He sold to my business partner, but funny thing is, they just put in your car and they don't plug in for you to see if the appliance works. What we were told is they put through testing with lasers and everything works. we just needed one for the back room, nothing fancy, so we bought it. Brought it to our store, plugged it in and it wouldn't turn on. I tried calling the store back and no answer. I called like 5 times and nothing. So we put the fridge back in the truck and took it back there. They couldn't understand why we were back, because it was tested by their best technician. I said I just want my money back at this point. You sold us a fridge that didn't work, and I want to be on my way. Well Ken said he called the owner "Mark" and that he would be to the store in 10 mins to give us a refund, because only "Mark" has the key to the black box where the money goes. I have not received word if anyone is coming to repair the dryer. I've had to sting up rope to dry my clothes. I called the store and they connected they called the repairman. The repairman told me he forgot about the apt he made with me. The store called me back and informed me that the repairman mixed me up with a different client.
