I could see people coming from miles away to get to here. I think the best part is probably the lighting. Its very bright and very fancy. That means if the sun sets it won't put an end to your fun. There is a gym equipment section near the entrance. Good for pullups or situps or stepups. When was the last time you did some of those? Lets be honest.... Toward the back there is a play structure. Good for young kids. It wasn't too popular I think because this park is known for the fields. So might be a good option if you want fewer kids around your own kids. Tons of parking. The lot is more than large enough. Overall the park is very clean and new. Its almost surprising that it is technically Hayward, CA. You just don't expect anything that nice from this city.

He volunteers for every team on the league. We quickly learned the league is lacking volunteers,coaches, asst coaches, so myself and my wife ended up volunteering, all I can say is FUN. My daughter is having a blast learning the fundamentals and making new friends and memories.The kids are great, little by little they are getting more volunteers. A lot of people don't know Hayward west experienced embezzlement a few years ago and they are still recovering. They now have a new board of directors and the embezzler is long gone. They have a ton of sponsors pitching in to give back what was stolen from the kids. Give em a shot, and VOLUNTEER and be a part of rebuilding of Hayward West we owe it to our kids and community. He's ready to participate at every event and insist that we arrive on time. I watch him develop physical and mental athleticism in a short amount of time. He's memorized receiving routes and plays with ease. He gets a solid workout four days a week. The coaching staff: The coaches are organized and equipped with the equipment to run full apprehensive flag football practices. The coaching applied during practice give my child cognitive understanding of football techniques which he can identify while watching NFL games. Bright eyes and smiles: I observe the practices and it warms me to see the children wide eyed with excitement and huge smiles from their accomplishments. I got some private coaching for my kid and it seems to be going great. The coaching area is separated from the open playing area and each table has lot of room. There is ample waiting/sitting area if you want to stay and watch. The parking lot large and parking never seems to be an issue. On the weekend they have league with a large number of participants so that your kid (or yourself) can play with players of comparable skill level. There are some seriously good national ranked players who belong to this club and no matter your skill level, you are going to improve your game while having a lot of fun.
