I rented out 30 chairs & 2 tables Friday, for a Saturday party. I went paid and had my dad pick them up. My dad brought back 30 dirty chairs & 2 dirty tables. We were told to drop them off Sunday before 1pm. We showed up Sunday around 11:50-12pm and THEY'RE CLOSED!!! My husband called and was told they went out to lunch and would be back at 1pm?!?!? Who goes out to lunch and comes back at closing time...lol I called and was told by the same lady (Vitia) that it was weird that the business was closed, so I reminded her she told my husband the workers had gone out to lunch, so she then changes her tune and said they went to lunch. I ended up dropping off the chairs & table Tuesday! Because they don't open Monday. Price was for the rental is $45, with a $35 deposit. I found it weird that they made a photocopy of my ID. It's been 3 days and my deposit hasn't hit my bank! I called her today and she's not answering my calls and I called from a different # and she hung up once she knew it was me! Not ok! So I'm now disputing the charges with my bank.
