Great customer service. Easy to work with. No dirty dealings like I've experienced with other dealers. Better prices!

I have been purchasing my supplies for my yamaha kodiak 700 for around 9 years everyone has been…read moregreat in parts and service. I had been eyeing a new grizzly camo 700 for some time. I had a bad experience at a tigard dealership and recently answered an additional in craigs list for an advertise price which was totally a lie at an emclaw Washington dealer when he added $2500 to the out the door price, offering me $2500 Trade in on my 2016 kodiak utility.it had mud lite tires 80 percent left on it, aluminum wheels, wench, heavy duty hitch an hour meter since new 98 percent oil changes done at 50 to 60 hours I know a dealer has to make a profit on a trade in but my plastics were good serviced it to last another 10 years. I decided to drop by fairview yamaha motor sports and show him the deal the Washington dealer tried to pull on me. He also had a loaded 2025 matching the Washington one in Washington but out the door it was priced $2000 cheaper and also both 2025 were brand new. I didnt know Dan's name at the time the owner but he had always given me a veterans discount on parts and I knew I was in the right place I told him I would be buying my stuff there and some service on the new one when I needed thier expertise he gave me $500 more on my trade in than any of the other dealers had. I thought on his offer over night and took the deal on the grizzly camo 700. He saw a picture of my quad only at that time I called him the following day as they were closed Monday. I told him I was on my way from yamhill to fairview to trade in my quad, it would take me 1 1/2 hours to get there. When I drove into thier lot I noticed the 2026 grizzly 700 camo was in the service bay Dan came out while I was unloading my kodiak had a service guy test ride my old quad. It met thier expectations and they got the new grizzly loaded while my wive drove 10 minutes from our gresham home paid for it. I signed the paper work in 5 minutes and we're basically on our way home. Bought a lot of motorcycles and cars in 60 years but never had a more pleasurable no bull crap deal than with Dan at Yamaha Sports Plaza in Fairview skip the other dealers in Oregon and Wasington. His quads are each priced on thier tags and it is out the door no bull trap . Plus around $350 incidental registration and title fees taxes. I had forgotten to take off a wire harness called Dan the following TuesdaY mentioned it to him told him I had left a phone message with the company to buy a new one but wasn't sure I could still buy one for my dump trailer. Told him I would call him back if I needed to make arrangements to recover my old one. A day later I bought a new one but forgot to call Dan I didnt need to get the old one but Dan in the mean time had his service man take my glove box and plastics off and remove my cable and up and down button off the handle bars and battery and I could come pick it up no charge. Who in this world still gives this kind of service need I say it Fairview Yamaha Sports Plaza and Dan the owner AAA Plus Operation!!!!!!! over at least 8 or 9 years the cost of repairs were reasonable as well. It is the only place to buy a new rig in my opinion an honest and reliable operation

There was a small hiccup but ultimately Dan stepped up and made it work. He is a man of his word.read more

He went through options with me and took his time to understand what I was looking for. He worked with Mr during the whole process. It was awesome to have someone be personable. He made me feel like I was part of the Harley family as soon as we connected. Will definitely be requesting Aj for another bike.

She is new to…read moreselling Harleys but has a great foundation as she has an early 80 ShovelHead, that still has the classic kick start (My favorite aspect of vintage Harley bikes!) and newer electric start that was born in a 65 PanHead. Ms. Mikayla B.C. appeared very knowledgeable on the many safety features built into the newer Harley bikes. My past Harley was a 65 PanHead chopper on a straight leg rigid frame with only a rear break, so the new bikes offer a smoother and safer ride, with better breaking power. We spent about 45 minutes walking around and looking at the many new models, as well as, the selection of used bikes on the second floor room behind a closed door. I will say that she demonstrated the many models and options available for a person looking to relive their younger Harley days, on a smooth riding bike with a myriad of options available in the many USA made Harley Davidson bikes that ranged from a full-dressed Heritage Classic to a more sporty Harley Low-Rider! In closing, if you live in the Portland metro area or just passing through I 205 north or south via your current journey take a few moments to stop by one of the larger, Made in USA bike dealers, in the Portland metro area - Volcano Harley-Davidson. I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed. In fact, ask for Ms. Makayla B.C. and you will not be disappointed her knowledge of the many safety features in the new 2026 Harley bikes! If fact, take a few moments to ask about get classic Harley ShovelHead and how it found it way to hey garage. Thanks Makayla B.C. for sharing your most precious gift, your time, as you answered the many questions of an old retired fireman and past 65 PanHead owner, who happened to have a few moments of time to get all his questions answered by a younger knowledgeable and in the most respectful manner, a very attractive Volcano Harley-Davidson salesperson, who will not be disappointed. Respectfully yours, J from Zoe Z's account.
