I called this Dealership to check inventory and interest rates. Obviously they couldn't tell me over the phone. I made arrangements to stop in the next day. I was coming from the Long Beach Peninsula in Washington state (3hours away) and was on my way to Boise Idaho on my 2010 Roadglide. I was met at the front door by Sarah my sales associate. I went to the parts counter and orders the parts for another bike as she hung out with me and we chit chatted a little. The parts and service department are responsible for me coming into the dealership. They rebuilt the front end on a 2001 FXDX as well as worked on my Roadglide. This is a good place to note that the other HD dealer in the area refuses to touch my "old bike" Paradise Parts and Service are knowledgeable and ship my parts to me when they come in. Great customer service and I never felt like I got charged more hours than worked or quoted. Back to Sarah, she asked what bike I was interested in and if I intended on trading in my bagger. She walked out with me and looked at my bike. I told her what I wanted for trade in value. We discussed the price of the new bike and my financing intentions. She was straight forward and asked if I was serious about buying a bike and if I was serious what it would take to get it done today. I thought about it and laid out what I was willing to pay for the bike and interest rate and what I want for my trade in. Honestly I didn't think the Motor Company would be willing to "play ball". When I told Sarah what I wanted she went and did whatever sales people do while you look at the bikes and wait. It took about 2 minutes before I was introduced to Matt who I believe to be the store Manager. He was super friendly and direct. He asked if I was serious about buying a bike because if I was he wanted to see if he could get me what I asked for. I confirmed that yes I was on my way to Boise on either my bagger or possibly the new Lowrider ST that I wanted. I called the wife to tell her what was going on and to tell her that I felt we would end up using our credit union because I didn't think they would get it done for below prime and all the other stuff I asked for. Before I got off phone Matt was back with the news that yes he had many financing options for me. We went thru the usual service and warranty options. I was surprised at the many different options available since my last HD purchase. I picked out what I wanted and he did his magic while Sarah introduced me to Doug the parts guru. I ordered the seat and the stereo I wanted (neither in stock) and was told before I left that the parts were on the way. Matt asked when I was returning from Idaho. I told him Sunday night. He did some quick math and told me I will be due for my 1K service. Keep in mind I'm 140 miles from this dealer in another state. He quickly gave me his cell number and told me to call him on my way back thru on Sundays evening and he would come down and open the dealership so I could get my bike serviced and pick up my box. THE BOX, I forgot to mention that I left with a Roadglide loaded for bear (tools, layers of gear, a Yeti cooler ect ect) on and on. Getting onto the ST the storage was limited. Sarah got me a box and we packed it all up. She kept it under her desk so I could pick up Sunday. I made arrangements to have my wife pick me up and dropped the bike at the dealership as planned. It gets better. I just got a call from Tim in service, my bike is ready to go. Stereo and seat installed. Saturday is my only day that I can do the 6 hr round trip and those dudes (dude-ettes) made all that happen in 1 week. I'm a "experienced"!human and this is my 5th new HD purchase. It was by far the easiest and most enjoyable. From Sarah (she rides and knows what's up) to Matt over to Doug and onto service from Tim it's been 8 days. Cannot even express how surprised I am that everything went exactly as I had hoped for. Tomorrow I will make the trek driving past a closer dealer (they must not need the business) and into another state to bring it home. This dealer reminds me of my first HD purchase in Sacramento in 1989. I left feeling like they wanted my business and cared about my purchase experience. They earned my business and I look forward to working with them to keep my HD all HD and running for another 10-15 years. It's hard to find anyone that does what they were going to do after they have your money. Sarah, Matt, Doug and Tim you guys are great representatives for your brand.

I have purchased new bikes here and the HD across town and what a world of difference! This dealership is welcoming, honest, helpful, consistent and reliable. More than once Izzy and the rest of the team have gone out of their way to help me get exactly what I needed. No hassling, no skeezy sales tactics just excellent customer service through and through. I would highly recommend Paradise for their sales, service and parts department!

Wow. My first motorcycle. Yes it's an electric Harley but I feel like a gear head (without the gears)! Could not have had a better experience from top to bottom. Jordan is my sales guy but the whole team put their effort in- from buying my first motto to gear and accessories everyone is psyched to do their job. For the first time I'm the one not returning calls when things come in that I've asked for- Top notch. Amazing. Won't ever go anywhere else!

Live music outside on a gorgeous day.

We took it back for repairs and they told us that it was "bad gas" and they said they drained the fuel tank and refilled it with new higher octane gasoline. The backfiring continued until one day it just wouldn't start at all. I also drained the tank myself and refilled it with a new tank of high octane fuel but to no avail. Because Hillsboro is pretty distant and I wasn't very impressed by their service department's failure to fix the problem that had been plaguing the machine since purchase, I decided to take it to Bob Lanphere's Beaverton Motorcycles for service. Dalton, the service representative I initially contacted and worked with throughout the service visit was very personable and great to deal with. He was honest about the delays in service due to the high demand season and large number of recreational vehicles needing repair. After drop-off, Dalton kept in contact with updates on the service schedule and called promptly when the repair was finished. Because the repair took less time than the normal 2 hour mechanic's assessment period I was actually charged less than the normal minimum fee I was quoted at the onset. The ATV was clean and had been washed prior to my arrival. I was urged to give it a good test drive to insure there were no residual issues before loading it up to bring home. The ATV started right up, ran smoothly and I was able to drive it right up into the bed of my pickup truck using their convenient loading ramp/platform in the parking lot. Overall, I was very satisfied by the service and professionalism demonstrated by the staff at Beaverton Motorcycles and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for ATV repairs.

As a new rider I had lots of questions and Todd and Kevin had lots of answers and patience. The first couple visits there there were several bikes that I was interested in but none seemed to really grab me and fit me as a rider and the riding I plan on doing. I appreciated the time they took to get to know me and the bikes and types of riding I wanted to do. They explained why they steered me away from certain bikes that they didn't think were good fits at the time and why other bikes might be better fits for me and when that time might be. When I did decide on the bike I really wanted (a sport classic GT1000) they coincidentally had one on consignment and rest is history... The purchasing process was smooth and painless and as a dealer experience (MotoCorsa) it is by far the more enjoyable of my motor vehicle dealer experiences. I'm looking forward to my next purchase there.

I initially thought I would pick up a Yamaha R6 they were asking $4k for, but once I actually went to the shop and started sitting on bikes, I realized the stance was WAY to aggressive for me. That's when I saw the Triumph Street Triple 675, it was way more comfortable, looked immaculate, and only had one owner. I put a deposit down($200 for 2 weeks) THAT DAY. Exactly two weeks later I came back and paid in full for the bike. They were asking $5500, and that's what I paid. I'm 100% certain Harris would have happily taken $5000, hell, I'm pretty sure he would have taken $4800. But I was FEVERISH to make the bike mine. Anyways .... The day I went to pick up the bike, I decided to ride the bike around the neighborhood just to familiarize myself because this is my first REAL street bike. Well after riding around the block a few times, the bike just DIED. Now I thought for certain this was my fault because I was a new rider, but I called Harris (the owner) anyways and he rode over to assist. As it turns out it WAS an issue with the bike and he essentially pulled lightly on a wire running to the tachometer, and the bike started like normal. I ended up riding back to the shop and they worked on it for about an hour, and then called me to pick it up. Harris was super professional and nice about it. SO FAR, the issue has not come up again. If it comes up again , I would probably give Harris a call...... So.... The bikes amazing. Motorcycle Warehouse has great bikes at very fair prices (don't be afraid to negotiate, the worst you'll get is a no). Check out the pictures and pay the shop a visit !
