I called this Dealership to check inventory and interest rates. Obviously they couldn't tell me over the phone. I made arrangements to stop in the next day. I was coming from the Long Beach Peninsula in Washington state (3hours away) and was on my way to Boise Idaho on my 2010 Roadglide. I was met at the front door by Sarah my sales associate. I went to the parts counter and orders the parts for another bike as she hung out with me and we chit chatted a little. The parts and service department are responsible for me coming into the dealership. They rebuilt the front end on a 2001 FXDX as well as worked on my Roadglide. This is a good place to note that the other HD dealer in the area refuses to touch my "old bike" Paradise Parts and Service are knowledgeable and ship my parts to me when they come in. Great customer service and I never felt like I got charged more hours than worked or quoted. Back to Sarah, she asked what bike I was interested in and if I intended on trading in my bagger. She walked out with me and looked at my bike. I told her what I wanted for trade in value. We discussed the price of the new bike and my financing intentions. She was straight forward and asked if I was serious about buying a bike and if I was serious what it would take to get it done today. I thought about it and laid out what I was willing to pay for the bike and interest rate and what I want for my trade in. Honestly I didn't think the Motor Company would be willing to "play ball". When I told Sarah what I wanted she went and did whatever sales people do while you look at the bikes and wait. It took about 2 minutes before I was introduced to Matt who I believe to be the store Manager. He was super friendly and direct. He asked if I was serious about buying a bike because if I was he wanted to see if he could get me what I asked for. I confirmed that yes I was on my way to Boise on either my bagger or possibly the new Lowrider ST that I wanted. I called the wife to tell her what was going on and to tell her that I felt we would end up using our credit union because I didn't think they would get it done for below prime and all the other stuff I asked for. Before I got off phone Matt was back with the news that yes he had many financing options for me. We went thru the usual service and warranty options. I was surprised at the many different options available since my last HD purchase. I picked out what I wanted and he did his magic while Sarah introduced me to Doug the parts guru. I ordered the seat and the stereo I wanted (neither in stock) and was told before I left that the parts were on the way. Matt asked when I was returning from Idaho. I told him Sunday night. He did some quick math and told me I will be due for my 1K service. Keep in mind I'm 140 miles from this dealer in another state. He quickly gave me his cell number and told me to call him on my way back thru on Sundays evening and he would come down and open the dealership so I could get my bike serviced and pick up my box. THE BOX, I forgot to mention that I left with a Roadglide loaded for bear (tools, layers of gear, a Yeti cooler ect ect) on and on. Getting onto the ST the storage was limited. Sarah got me a box and we packed it all up. She kept it under her desk so I could pick up Sunday. I made arrangements to have my wife pick me up and dropped the bike at the dealership as planned. It gets better. I just got a call from Tim in service, my bike is ready to go. Stereo and seat installed. Saturday is my only day that I can do the 6 hr round trip and those dudes (dude-ettes) made all that happen in 1 week. I'm a "experienced"!human and this is my 5th new HD purchase. It was by far the easiest and most enjoyable. From Sarah (she rides and knows what's up) to Matt over to Doug and onto service from Tim it's been 8 days. Cannot even express how surprised I am that everything went exactly as I had hoped for. Tomorrow I will make the trek driving past a closer dealer (they must not need the business) and into another state to bring it home. This dealer reminds me of my first HD purchase in Sacramento in 1989. I left feeling like they wanted my business and cared about my purchase experience. They earned my business and I look forward to working with them to keep my HD all HD and running for another 10-15 years. It's hard to find anyone that does what they were going to do after they have your money. Sarah, Matt, Doug and Tim you guys are great representatives for your brand.

I have purchased new bikes here and the HD across town and what a world of difference! This dealership is welcoming, honest, helpful, consistent and reliable. More than once Izzy and the rest of the team have gone out of their way to help me get exactly what I needed. No hassling, no skeezy sales tactics just excellent customer service through and through. I would highly recommend Paradise for their sales, service and parts department!

Wow. My first motorcycle. Yes it's an electric Harley but I feel like a gear head (without the gears)! Could not have had a better experience from top to bottom. Jordan is my sales guy but the whole team put their effort in- from buying my first motto to gear and accessories everyone is psyched to do their job. For the first time I'm the one not returning calls when things come in that I've asked for- Top notch. Amazing. Won't ever go anywhere else!

Live music outside on a gorgeous day.

(TL;DR version at end)…read more I had heard of EDR long before my first visit. The buzz amongst my peers was that EDR is so good at what they do, that it is widely considered to be the only place to take your bike when you want precision Dyno services or when you want it to run like an absolute pro bike. I planned an elaborate exhaust mod on my 2014 KTM 690 Duke for a long time as I saved money and bought parts. I emailed a number of questions along the way and was met with absolute professionalism, solid knowledge and nothing short of phenomenal customer service! So, I threw a somewhat unorthodox bike at them and a TON of parts, at the height of the summer riding season, and with record turn-around time and very fair prices, they turned my (already a wheelie machine) bike into an absolute monster!!! I had high expectations and they far exceeded every single one of them. Hiring EDR to work on your bike is like having the opportunity to hire Michelangelo to help you paint your house. I now carry around their business card, to give to any motorcyclist looking for a world-class moto shop. I don't care if you're a surgeon on a high-end, fully-loaded Panagale or a blue collar Joe (Jane) on an 8 year old, one-owner, used 600-something or another, this shop offers fair and competitive rates and they are absolutely motorcycle masters! Even when my aftermarket parts created unforeseen fitment issues, the team kept me well-informed of my options and rose to the task with a sincere attitude of "this is your baby, I understand that, and I want you to be happy as you can possibly be when you get it back." From my perspective, the whole exchange felt more like friends doing me a huge solid, than a mere business transaction. Every part of the EDR team that I've interacted with are skilled, ethical, friendly and professional. I just can't say enough good about EDR to fully convey how grateful I am to have found them, and to have entrusted them with my baby Duke. "Baby" is not a term that will ever be associated with my bike again! Special shout-out to Anton--that guy is a superstar! I neglected to post this review for the whole summer riding season simply because I'm busy and forgetful, but I'm posting it now because Anton and the team at EDR are just simply not people that you want to forget to "pay it forward." They deserve 10 stars!!! I'm sure every review will confirm the same thing. TL;DR Version: Trust your bike with EDR. They're prices are totally fair and you get techs with rocket surgery-level precision and sales reps that redefine what knowledge and authentic customer service means.

We took it back for repairs and they told us that it was "bad gas" and they said they drained the fuel tank and refilled it with new higher octane gasoline. The backfiring continued until one day it just wouldn't start at all. I also drained the tank myself and refilled it with a new tank of high octane fuel but to no avail. Because Hillsboro is pretty distant and I wasn't very impressed by their service department's failure to fix the problem that had been plaguing the machine since purchase, I decided to take it to Bob Lanphere's Beaverton Motorcycles for service. Dalton, the service representative I initially contacted and worked with throughout the service visit was very personable and great to deal with. He was honest about the delays in service due to the high demand season and large number of recreational vehicles needing repair. After drop-off, Dalton kept in contact with updates on the service schedule and called promptly when the repair was finished. Because the repair took less time than the normal 2 hour mechanic's assessment period I was actually charged less than the normal minimum fee I was quoted at the onset. The ATV was clean and had been washed prior to my arrival. I was urged to give it a good test drive to insure there were no residual issues before loading it up to bring home. The ATV started right up, ran smoothly and I was able to drive it right up into the bed of my pickup truck using their convenient loading ramp/platform in the parking lot. Overall, I was very satisfied by the service and professionalism demonstrated by the staff at Beaverton Motorcycles and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for ATV repairs.

Earlier this year I broke down on the side of the road and called them; they arrived promptly and were able to provide a roadside fix so I could get home safely and get a permanent repair in place. It was a hot summer day and I was stuck on the side of I-5 without water or shade and the owner called in one of his team that was off that day to come get me since the on-duty rep was out on a tow in another area. They went to great lengths to make sure someone was on side promptly and I was safe and assisted. Months later, my bike broke down at home. I wasn't able to be with the vehicle and ride to the shop with Thunder Mtn, but because of my first great experience I knew they would always act with integrity. They picked up my vehicle from home and took it to the shop for me, calling when they were onsite and loaded up and right after it was dropped off at the shop. Butch, the owner, communicated well throughout and is such a kind person to boot. He, as his employees, always act with the utmost integrity and thoughtfulness. I have Thunder Mtn programmed in my phone now, and they're my go-to for towing and roadside assistance. They're always there when you need help. I would have never known this place existed if I hadn't ordered a tire online and the seller had a note that shipping was free if I did a will call at Cycle Gear. OK... they are just a couple of miles away so why not. So looking at the place I figured it was mostly targeted at relatively new riders who were looking for helmets and other rider gear. And they certainly have racks of that stuff. Talking to one of the guys at the desk I inquired about rotor upgrades and he said, "sure!". Pulled out a catalog and showed me a few choices that would fit my bike. This fellow was clearly more knowledgeable than those guys at a parts store. You know the type. What year, model, engine size, color, blah, blah, blah so that they can figure out what windshield wiper will fit. And inevitably hand you a part that DOESN'T fit. So in chatting I find out they will install tires if you bring in the wheel. Install and balance for a pretty reasonable price. I see that at least one Yelper complained that the store manager would not allow him to watch the process which could be a problem for me. That's my life we're talking about. I do my own work or I watch whoever is doing the work to be sure it's done correctly. If that's going to be a problem for them I will be forced to update this review. But for now, my experience with Cycle Gear has been 100% positive. Great prices. Great staff. Easy to get to. Lots of parking. I haven't looked over their inventory closely but I suspect that most repair and maintenance items will need to be ordered which is usually not a problem for me. I buy pretty much nothing at the dealerships and, in fact, the dealerships usually don't have what I need in stock anyway. So I can buy for less online. Not that it's a big deal for my purposes but Cycle Gear is more geared to sport bike riders and not Harleys. I wouldn't be caught dead wearing most of the gear they have on the rack. No judgments and no minus stars. CG knows their market and their model seems to be working for them. I'm just happy to have a resource to have tires installed and also purchase parts from.
