This is now the second time my family has dealt with this here. My sister's car suffered similar interior damage just a week prior and there is a clear pattern of negligence. ​When I brought the car back a few hours later to show the damage, the manager who wears glasses was very passive and immediately tried to dodge taking ownership. He told me he would check the cameras and call me back no later than the next day. It has been several days and I still have not heard a word from him. ​To make matters worse, the actual cleaning was sub par. The interior was improperly cleaned and it was obvious as you could still see dirtiness on the front doors. They are clearly rushing the work and then refusing to take responsibility when they cause damage. ​I am sure the business will reply here with a generic message acting like they want to help or claiming they have no record of this. Don't be fooled by the professional online responses. When you stand in front of them with the damage they caused, they do everything possible to avoid accountability and hope you just go away. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually respects your property and stands by their work.

I leave my car, go in and pay 32 dollars for "the works." Wait. Not even 15 minutes later, my car is done. I get in, drive away because i had to get back to work, but the wash itself was too quick. At closer inspection, the vents were still dusty, front and rear bumpers still had spots on them, seats were NOT vacuumed at all! WTF did i just waste my time and money on? These owners should be embarrassed at the low quality of service and the people that they employ. Never again. I'll take the ride down 303 to Blauvelt. So p'ssed.

They were very unsatisfactory. So I came into the office and talked to Blake I dropped the car off. They called and told me what it needed . Turns out the other shop really manhandled and butchered the wires and plug from the wiper motor. That's why it kept turning off and overheating. It also sounded like a meat grinder. So they put in a new motor and it sounds perfectly quiet the way it should be. They also fixed the wipers and put them back in the park position. Danny Blake and Chris were great. However, when he left, his partner Dick was terrible but even before that he was bad. He had my parts for three weeks once and didn't call me to tell me he had them and after Rom left, he wouldn't inspect my car for no good reason other than he didn't like me but Rom was the nicest guy in the world and could fix anything no matter how complex it was. Fast forward to the new owner Joe. My wife brought her car there and Joe gave her an estimate of $400.00 so she brought it somewhere else and they did it for a hundred bucks. I suspect that Joe had no previous experience in the auto repair business.
