I signed on as a founding member which was the best time because it was the lowest rate to sign up with. In this era of my life, child care is important so I am happy it is included with my membership! The child care is clean which is important. They also have in body scans which is great to use as baseline and for follow up for your body stats: muscle, fat, water weight. A lot of the instructors I've known previously from gyms I've been to before so for us to cross paths again makes it more welcoming! Classes are offered as early 5am with child care starting at 8am. Every class is different and on social media we receive the schedule of what to expect for the week. I like this as I can mentally prepare if it will be a cardio class or a strength class. The energy is so positive and everyone is working on themselves you won't feel discouraged as there are people from all different ages and fitness levels! Classes are 45 minutes long which is fast! You will definitely feel the burn!

There is an express area designed to get you though a workout in 30 minutes! Yay! Except there are workout buddies in tandem tying up equipment to do their reps. TV's? Plenty of them, but none are close captioned to let treadmill/cycle users enjoy what's on (no sound via Bluetooth or WiFi) All-in-all a great gym for a quick workout Especially at $15/month. Service - Stormy and the team have been positive and supportive. As a new customer, it has been a very good start. I am like a kid trying out all the new equipment to see what will be the best fit for me. Price - Depends on your plan. $15 a month for basic, $25 for the Black Card. The hubby got me to try this place out - and I'm so very pleased he did. He introduced me to Heidi, and she's now become my trainer 3 days a week. Without her, I can't see me being successful in this fitness journey I've embarked upon. The gym is always clean, the machines work! I've never seen an out of order sign, and all seem to be in good shape. The music is good and the people friendly. Side note- Heidi has been instrumental in keeping me getting to the gym. She keeps me working hard, and gets results!
