Been coming here since last November. Gosh about 10 months now!? Cannot say enough positive things…read moreabout this place. I appreciate all the instructors here, they're all very knowledgeable and I have never experienced a bad class. They always do a stretch before and after each class and although they target specific areas throughout they always make sure to cover all areas of your body. It's nice because each class is uniquely different. Helps with not getting stagnant on your workouts. They offer so many classes throughout the day, just about every hour throughout the day from 730am-630pm m-f and 730am-1130 sat/sun. They're open 7 days a week. They offer three levels of classes from beginner to advanced. Their cleaning standards have always been above and beyond. Not only does each individual clean their own station after every workout but the teachers come through and fog all the equipment. At this time it is still required to wear a mask for your workouts. You have your own station and your own equipment throughout class so you never have to share or are too close to anyone else due to having your own reformer to yourself. Since coming here I have noticed a difference in my overall core strength and I have had a lot less issues with any back pain or being out of adjustment! Thanks club Pilates:)

After telling the studio I'm waiting for a new debit card they continue to charge me a late fee, I haven't been in months and they always say something else to not let me out of my contract. I am ultimately disappointed especially because I was referred to this studio by a friend.

I currently train with Daniel and couldn't be happier. He is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes…read moreto nutrition and different types of workouts. He tailors each of my workouts so that they not only feel fresh, but also feel like I'm really working out the intended muscle groups. When it came to my nutrition I always thought that lower calories was the key. He taught me about reverse dieting, where I had to really up the calories and gain a little weight so my body could get to a better place. From there I was able to start losing weight in a healthy way and I feel great. The gym he has is always clean and the equipment is well kept. It's a great environment with a really cool music set up to keep you motivated during the harder workouts. I highly recommend Daniel in the Reno/Sparks area. It's well worth it.

I've yet to work with another trainer that had as much knowledge as Daniel. At the start of our partnership I had several injuries that he had to work around. He did so marvelously. He pushed me when I needed to be pushed but also listened when I expressed a concern. He rotated training plans so that I had gains and hit all aspects of my workout goals including balance, agility, progressive overload to build muscle, and stamina.

A combination of yoga with weights in a hot room will really get your heart rate up! I started taking yoga classes at YogaSix last year and have loved every single class. I have had several different instructors and all have been knowledgeable, supportive and inspiring. There are a variety of classes to take for all different levels. The room is heated at different temperatures depending on the class you're taking - so if you are taking a class that is 100 degrees+ I HIGHLY recommend you hydrate before your class. I love that the studio is dimly lit with various colors depending on the portion of the class you are at. I have a high sensitivity to light so I definitely appreciate this. The studio is always clean and the instructors and staff always friendly with a welcoming smile. YogaSix is a franchise and has an app that syncs to your watch & phone to keep track of your classes, sign up for classes, and check in among other things. Great & convenient feature to keep track of your progress. At the end of your class you are given a cold wet towel to cool you down from your workout. Definitely recommend if you want to check out a studio in the area!
