This positive review is specifically for Coach Vayda. We…read moreallotted only 5 lessons with waterworks through my daughters homeschool charter and in those mere 5 lessons Vayda has done TREMENDOUS work with my daughter. She has a positive but firm demeanor. She is EXTREMELY patient and kind. My daughter went from lookin like a drowning starfish to a strong, controlled swimmer. Granted she still has a way to go but considering shes only had a few lessons I am just extremely impressed with how much she's improved and I feel that's a direct statement on how Vayda teaches. If you were on the fence about trying waterworks I can definitely say that Coach Vayda made this a worthwhile endeavor and if shes still with waterworks next year I may opt to re enroll my daughter for more lessons. Thank you Vayda for doing what you do. We appreciate you!

My 5 year old has been receiving lessons for the past year and she absolutely loves going to swim class, and that's all thanks to Ms. Sarah. Ms. Sarah is kind, patient, engaging, and really understands how to work with young children. Every lesson is fun, intentional, and structured - with feedback and a recap towards the end of class. I've been so impressed with how much confidence and skill my child has gained in the water during this time.

Steam and sauna rooms are shut down with less than five minutes' notice -- often just a paper sign taped to the door minutes before they enter the room... and while the heat and steam are turned off immediately, even when the rooms are full of members. There is no verbal announcement, no reasonable grace period, and no consideration for members who are actively using the facilities for post-workout recovery. Members are simply forced out mid-session so cleaning can begin. That is not customer service -- that is disregard. What makes this even more frustrating is that the steam room, sauna, and bathrooms at this location are consistently dirtier than other 24 Hour Fitness locations. Cleanliness does not appear to be proactively maintained throughout the day, yet management suddenly demands immediate shutdowns at peak usage times. Why can't cleaning be scheduled late at night or early in the morning when the facility is empty? Why shut down rooms when ten or more paying members are inside? A customer-centric manager would communicate, give reasonable notice, and plan maintenance around member usage -- not inconvenience an entire room without warning. Instead of listening to members, the GM argues with them and insists the rooms "need to be cleaned right away," regardless of how many people are still using the facility. Turning off the power immediately without allowing members to finish is dismissive and unprofessional. This is not how a well-run facility operates. It reflects poor planning, poor communication, and a lack of leadership.

This location has its cardio equipment on the first floor with pool and bathrooms. Second floor is for the weights and classes. The weight room floor is solid, from dumbbells from 5 to 120 pounds, plenty of bench presses, squat racks, hammer strength machines, and other various machines for any body part you may want to work on. If you want to work out a certain body part, you will be able to do it here. There is not a shortage of weights, attachments for the machines, or anything for that matter. The cleanliness is pretty good inside the club. The parking is in a parking garage, which is prime, especially when it's hot and sunny outside. Overall, if this was closer to my house or on the way to work, I would go here everyday if I had the chance. It isn't a 24 hour gym, so be wary of the hours since the hours are different during the weekends than it is during the weekdays

Really inconsiderate considering it's not an actual "24hr fitness" and only operates from 5am-10pm (which is a joke). I've been holding onto my membership because it's down the street from me BUT you know what else is down the street LA fitness and EOS. Looks like I'll be canceling my membership. It's now 6:03 and many more members have left and all had the same thought process of switching gyms. So sad to see the decline of this facility throughout the years ...especially after they "remodeled " (just moved equipment around). place is dusty as hell, equipment is old and parking lot is dirty.
