It's on the Capital One website or in the paperwork that came with the card; it never mentions this 15% or other mysteriously applied 10%. The guy was a manager. We'd better get our $100 bucks as promised for using the card. Not worth it, stick to better cards.

I told Jaydin about my issue and he said he'll work to help me find just what I wanted. When he came back with my selection, along with some alternatives, Jaydin was full of information and descriptions on each shoe. Immediately Jaydin's personality came out. He has a great sense of humor. He's very personable, as well as being very professional. I ended up feeling like I made a new friend. He is one of those people you just feel privileged to know. He really knew what he was doing so I ended up with a great pair of boots that I will have for a long time.
