Amazing experience, quick service. Wonderful Java whip made by Trevor, other employees should take notes

What a cute ice cream shop! We appreciated that they had indoor and outdoor seating - and the indoor seating is full of antiques and interesting finds. Such a fun place to sit and chat. Our ice cream was excellent. My husband had a blueberry soft serve while my youngest had a strawberry shake. The blueberry ice cream is reminiscent of Kings Island - so good! The strawberry milkshake had chunks of strawberry and my son loved it, despite claiming he doesn't like strawberries. My oldest son had a scoop of mint chocolate chip in a waffle cone and the serving was generous. In my opinion though, the best thing we ordered was my Reese's Cup Flurry. It was made with perfect vanilla soft serve and it was full of candy chunks - exactly the way it should be! We also ordered some of the butter cookies they had on hand and took them to a family dinner that evening. They were gobbled up quickly - both the sprinkle and the frosting cookies were great.

I love this local ice cream spot. It has a vintage feel to it. It is in walking distance of my home so it's nice they they are so close. They have the best strawberry milkshakes

Fantastic spot to hit in the summer. Stopped in Saturday afternoon after a hike. I asked the gentleman working what his item on the menu was. He said he liked the pineapple dole whip with orange juice and strawberries. I ordered it immediately. Refreshing. Sweet and sour. Would order again. We also got the blizzard with double Oreos. Incredible. We sat outside and had a great time. Lots of seating options. Big interior. Parked on the street and found a sport nearby. Wish I lived closer.

I can't believe that I have never been here. My family has over many years. I was dying to get the blueberry whip thinking of kings island. What a disappointment! I threw half away. It had very little taste. I tried my wife's vanilla cone and it was very good. Place was super popular and neat inside of history. You can get dipped cones, shakes and many toppings They also have regular ice cream.

What a great neighborhood Creamy Whip! You can tell it is a community institution with lots of decorations focusing on the history of the area and nearby Coney Island. The Sundae was great with an abundance of whipped cream, hot fudge, nuts and a cherry on top!

Ice cream is my favorite food and this is my favorite ice cream place. What else can I say? Get a Flurry with Chocolate/Vanilla swirl and chocolate chip cookie dough.

Blueberry and Vanilla soft serve ice cream in a cup. Forgot to snap a pic when it was fresh, it was so good!

A mix of soft serve and churned ice cream. They had blueberry and pineapple soft serve ice cream. So I got a mixture of blueberry and vanilla in a cup. The two guys that were working there were excellent. They waited on us and gave us information that we needed to make a decision. They knew a lot about everything that was in there so it was very nice to talk with them. It is a small ice cream shop with a couple tables out front. There was lots of old-time memorabilia on the walls. Parking was no problem because it was right on the side of the building. It was very quick in and out, even on a 90° day!

Got pineapple dole whip and chocolate & vanilla in a large bowl. One of my favorites soft serves in the area. The texture was perfect, soft and creamy. Loved the pineapple dole whip, great flavor and not too sweet.

Gotta love a perfect chocolate vanilla swirl cone!

I really need to get here more often! They had the pineapple whip the day I was there but I went with the tried and true chocolate and vanilla swirl! It's a cute little place and the prices are reasonable. I resisted trying the amazing looking cookies but I'm not sure if I'll be as well behaved the next time! It really seems like you're going back in time when you come in. Sitting in the little back room drives that feeling home for sure!

Nice little shop in "downtown" Mt. Washington. Simple soft-serve ice cream cones and shakes and the like. Also cookies are available. "Thumbprint" cookies available by the pound. There are inside seats and outdoor seating to watch the Beechmont traffic. Inside there are many historic photos that are interesting. Charm was lost with the photo of Dubya Bush... Businesses shouldn't flaunt their political views IMO. I ate part of my cone inside, looking at the different nostalgias, then sat out front for the rest. They had circus music playing for the outdoor patrons. Yes, I said Circus Music. I hope that was a joke and not always on. I'll probably be back, so I'll know if it was accidental. So, it is nice to have some ice cream on Washington Mountain, but it won't blow your socks off... Unless you a Republican Circus Performer, then, 5 stars for you!

Really good soft serve. Blueberry + Chocolate sprinkles for the win. Love the feel, its like going back in time to the less corporate, simple days. Pro tip: Stop at kroger first across the street for a mini bottle to pour onto the fresh shaved ice!

This place doesn't disappoint - there is so much to choose from and the options rotate daily ! I personally love the blueberry fritters - They are huge and layers of blueberry yet they are only 3 bucks (that's so cheap). The strawberry cheese pastry was also delicious and flaky. The only thing I ordered that I wasn't a huge fan of was the pretzel - it was big and the price was right but it didn't taste better than a wawa pretzel twist. The donuts also come warm since the case seems to be a warming case which is a nice touch. The workers are so nice and they will explain every flavor to you if needed since there are no labels. The place is small and so is the parking lot.
