Was told the process would be half a day ( approximately) it took ONE hour... There was no communication I didn't get a receipt a listing of any supplies ( which to have it redone would be cheaper with THEIR equipment) new measurements showing I was level pictures a walk thru questions answered nothing.. it was payment is now due thank you have a good weekend.. I emailed and got the "quality control" guy to come out the following week. I asked a few questions but felt like I was a waste of his time and he's : trying to teach the guys about customer service: he went under the house said everything was secure and left ... No one said anything about the 3 inch gap between my home and the foundation/ wall that STILL needed to be repaired/ re leveled. Very noticeable.. as you could see the back yard thru the gap. so disappointed in this company! We had to hire another contractor to get that level. Ridiculous!! I trusted them to repair my HOME!! It's my HOME it may be a 'job' to you but I'm paying YOU. I choose you. And now I am sorry .

Moving to Oregon after living in the desert Southwest brought issues I never realized were…read moresomething that was normal up here. We had a house inspected and he found there was some water in the crawl space. This freaked me out a bit but there was no other damage and they reassured me this was normal for this area where the water table was close to the surface. This was a condition to purchase the home so the previous owner called in Terra Firma to have the issue handled. Patrick came out and did a thorough inspection of his own. He said it would be good to have a system to route the water to a location and pump it out. The previous owner had the work done and we came to see what was being done. James, Josh and one other worker (that I missed his name) came out the day the work was being done. They came on time and were professional. They dug a drainage area around the outside of the crawl space, filled it with a trailer full of stone and installed two high-powered pumps to move the water out of the crawl space. We had the drain cover pop off after they were finished but they came back out and fixed it right away. The only slight negative is the vent they had the pipes come out from under the crawl space was left without coverage so any creature could get down there. We fixed it but it seems to me that they could have made the pipes go through the wire venting so it's protected-but maybe not. Terra Firma is definitely the company to chose when having this work completed. They keep you up on the problem, create a timeline to fix it and have professional staff on hand to get the job done right. They also send photos when the job is done. I would call them again if there is ever an issue. #ThankYouThursday

This is going to be a long review but I wanted to help other potential customers get some idea of…read morewhat kind of work this company does. In one word - exceptional! I called Loose Deuce Septic & Tank Services and was scheduled promptly for a tank pump the following week. Shawn and Cayton, Shawn's son, arrived at the promised time and began to lay out their equipment and materials. I noticed they were careful to protect all our plants and house. They laid out tarps on the grass for protection and began searching for the tank. It was uncanny how quickly Shawn found the tank. Soon there was a pile of dirt and sod on one of the tarps. I noticed that Shawn pieced out the sod carefully and laid them on the tarp in the exact orientation that he removed them. The tank was full of solids which Shawn said was not a good sign. They pumped the tank and the Shawn went down a ladder into the tank. He blasted the walls and floor with water and inspected everything. He noticed that the inlet and outlet pipes were loose in their tank holes. More digging! The outlet tank pipe to the distribution box and the tank inlet pipe were quickly exposed and two more piles of dirt and sod were placed carefully placed on tarps. Shawn cut new sections of pipes since they old pipes were cracked and leaking into the soil surrounding them. He mortared these pipes both inside and outside the tank and distribution box to keep them secure. He cleaned out the distribution box. The holes were then filled and everything was left exactly as if they had never been there. Shawn and Cayton are diligent, honest, friendly, hard workers with a great sense of humor. They do the job right and at a very reasonable price. You clearly understand the cost of their service and if the scope of the job changes they are up front with the revised cost. They are true professionals, knowledgeable in all aspects of their business. They are the kind of people that make you feel like you are part of their family. I highly and without reservation recommend Loose Deuce Septic & Tank Services for your septic needs!
