Declined their shipping options as FedEx Office in Torrance has a 2day flat rate of $11.90 which I used afterwards. PostalAnnex+'s notary was efficient and kind. She had a few customers in line waiting after me and they were all patient regulars that were familiar with Meena who was working by herself. Location is inside Von's at the Crossroads.
