I told him that we were pushed to get to the airport and needed better. He told me we must give him a 2-hour notice for this. But he and I had already texted about the time the night before (and the reservation had been set up weeks before). More than two hours after landing, I finally was home. It literally took me longer to go from FLL to Boca than it did to fly from Virginia to Florida. A thoroughly disappointing experience.
