The kids got all geared up and ran around the elaborate indoor Airsoft field shooting each other and having a great time. The place was packed, maybe because it was Easter weekend, who knows? But all in all things moved quickly and the boys got to play a number of games. I liked the fact that they had a great comfy lounge with couches and reclining chairs for those of us who weren't playing. Overall, it was a great time for the boys and a relaxing time for myself. I brought my laptop and got to do some writing done for my new book, so that was a plus too.

REFs play favorites with a group of kids that would break the rules and say nothing to them. One…read morekid, in the map staging area where the refs talk about the rules, fired his gun full auto right next to my shoulder, bbs ricochet off the wall and pelted me in the back and I yell at him to stop and the refs did nothing. 2 REFs were standing within 5 feet of the kid. The REFs knew him by name and said nothing to him. Instances like this happened the entire time I was there. So I probably won't be going back.

This was my 2nd trip to NPI. The first visit was okay-ish. Todays visit really solidified my…read morethoughts on this place. The refs were super nice and as accommodating as possible. The people behind the front desk (male and female. I'm assuming the owners) were extremely passive aggressive. Almost made it seem like they didn't want us there. They charged us $57 each. Despite their online rates only saying they are $35. We didn't argue it at the time but looking back, we defiantly should have. Our party had 8 people so we were forced to join "walk-on groups". That group was about 30-36 people and ranged from first timers to some players with top of the line guns. Not very fun for people who have rental guns and want to be on a level playing field. We asked to be split into different groups because the skill Level wasn't balanced and we were only getting to play about 1 game every 45min. The owners were super rude in their answer and just told us no. Personally I've played for years and at a lot of different locations. If you are looking for a fun atmosphere and hope to feel appreciated for spending your money at a business, I would highly recommend trying another location in Nashville. The only redeeming factor was how nice the refs were about the situation. The also tried to get us to split into different groups but the owners weren't having it. Just feels dirty and like they pulled one over on us.
