I've been a loyal customer here for the past decade, but I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received. I attempted to place an order for a moon bounce on three separate days, and each time, I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior. One day, he promised to call me back before 8 pm, but he never did. I called the following day to inquire about the availability of a moon bounce, and he responded by saying yes, but he asked me to leave a voicemail with my name, address. He mentioned that he would be in West Roxbury between 1 and 6 pm that delivery could happen that day. Called again at 12pm no answer I left work early to ensure a smooth transition for him, and so that I wouldn't miss the possibility of delivery but when I called at 3 pm, because I didn't hear from him. I called and when he answered, he yelled at me and demanded to know what I wanted. He told me that yea he wasn't going to be able To deliver yet again to call back In The morning, Which was the day of the party I will never give this place my money again. read more

Delivered on Friday, picked up on Monday for our Sunday party. My kids and neighborhood kids were able to enjoy the moonwalk all weekend. Moonwalk was in great shape, clean and working perfectly. We also rented 4 large tables and 24 chairs. With delivery we paid $300. I had called two other rental places and with two weeks notice, other companies had no tables or chairs to rent. Hi just wanted to let people know my experience with seasons.p rented stile cutter for Saturday floor installation. Got the cutter set it up and the water pump did not work. By this time Seasons was no help. McGyvered my outside fountain pump to get things working. When returning the equipment they could not care less and did not provide any cooperation. Lesson - they have faulty equipment, staff could care less and will never rent from them again. read more

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! The owner is an absolute jerk!!!! Always moody and with a severe attitude (pounds on the key board with anger issues). Made an online reservation 3 weeks before a party. Called the office to finalized the contract 3 times. Once I was hung up on literally. Second time they could not find my contract number and took my info down and said some would call me back (never did). I called again and was met once again with major attitude and could not find my contract. Took my info and said someone would call me back (never did). I then went down in person and was met with MAJOR attitude. Had nothing again on me and was told they are too busy ad would call me some time next week. I asked if I was set with my rent and I was told that I should be. After reiterating that I started this process back in MAY they could have cared less. I had booked an inflatable waterslide weeks in advance. After calling numerous times to check on installation and never having someone get back to me, I'm informed there is a tear in the slide they are trying to fix and that they would call me that evening. Again I hear from no one! After calling numerous times the morning of the party, 3 hours before party time, I'm informed they couldn't fix it so I have a birthday party with no theme or plan!!! They are unsympathetic, rude and unreliable and I will never use them again. I should have used Rental Depot in west Roxbury. I always had a great experience with them but Norwood is closer so I went with the WRONG company. BEWARE!!! Run away! read more

We rented a tent, table and chairs and that was fine. They set it up a couple days early and left it an extra day which was nice because we had time to clean up... however when the tent arrived the 2 chafing dishes we asked for did not arrive. I called and told them and they said they would check to see if they had them and if they could deliver them that day or the next. I never got a call back. We made do without them so when they came to pick up the tent I told them how the chafing dishes were never delivered. The guy apologized and said he would check to make sure I wasn't charged for them. If I was he would refund that amount. I never saw a refund and still don't know if I paid for them or not because I never received and itemized bill. Sad that the service was so bad because we've rented from them many times before without issue. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. Our pump was making terrible noises and stopped working all day Sunday. When I finally was able to speak to a manager after three different phone calls, he told me that the pump was working fine (I have pictures of the broken plastic pieces inside the pump and several adult witnesses). He actively chose not to believe me and was very rude. After much arguing, he finally offered to refund $100 for the weekend. It has been five weeks since the phone conversation and no refund has been issued. I have called 5 times with zero responses. Do not rent from here. The manager could care less about customer service and actually doing his job. read more

We have had birthday events where tables, chairs and a tent was needed. Everything was always great. One time we had a minor problem with a bounce house. Although it was late on a saturday and they where very busy. someone came by and resolved the issue. My wife and I have always been very happy each time. Thank you guys for your help. Worst rental place ever. I think the managers name was Joe and he runs the place with the mentality "piss off and go somewhere else if you don't like it." I wish I had called Taylor rental or boston party rental. They were so much nicer when they heard about what type of tent I needed. read more

I had an event recently for which I needed a few items. I visited All Season Rent All and pointed out what I wished to rent and said I needed the items at least 4 hours prior to the event start time. The staff person made note of the request. When I initially placed the order about 3 weeks prior to the date needed, All Season Rent All said they could deliver the items the evening before the event for no extra charge. That would have been useful for me but not necessary. I called a few days before the event to confirm things and they asked what time the event started. I responded with the time that I needed them. They asked what time is the event. I said that is not important. What was important was the time I needed them. I told him when I planned to start the event. The staffer at All Season Rent-All said they are all set for the delivery. On the day of the event, the items arrived 3 hours later that when I requested them. The items were of no use at that time. Had to rent a power washer to prep my house for painting. Needed something powerful. I also had no idea how to work the equipment. Allseasons Rent-All in Norwood gave me a great price for the weekend. Washed the barn, my vacation house and home now for the paint. As the other review stated stay away from this place. I used them years ago and they were good but now no way. Rented heavy duty electric saw wish I had went somewhere else because what they rented has major safety issues that makes circuit breaker turned off immediately. Blade turns four seconds before the safety feature kicks it off. Basically called me a liar and that it worked fine when I picked it up BUT would give me store credit for something else? I don't need anything else and only have weekends to get things done. Hours they list are wrong. NOT open on Sunday's & close early on Sat. Bottom line is they do not check the equipment upon return. They do not check to ensure the equipment is safe and call customers liars. By far worst custom service I have every had from any company. BEWARE THIS PLACE!!! read more

This place has the worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They sent the wrong machine, then proceed to argue with me over the phone about what I ordered. On top of that wanted to charge me more for his mistake. He did not want to help me solve the problem just want to tell me I was wrong. I rented a tent from this company. They were the most unprofessional people to deal with over the phone. I spoke to a person named Joseph. They installed the tent in the wrong location. It also feels very unstable. They wouldn't answer my calls when I tried to call and work things out. They gave me an incredible amount of unwarranted attitude when I finally got in touch with them. Wish I would have read the other reviews. I would strongly recommend finding a different company to work with. I will certainly never do business with them again. read more
